    Abstract: An image signal processing apparatus and a method for controlling the same are provided to display a user interface(UI) having arranged channel information and change the arrangement of the channel information according to a movement indication type of the channel information, thereby enabling faster channel searching. An image signal processing apparatus includes a display module(130), a UI generator(150), a user input module(140), and a controller(160). The UI generator includes channel information rows displayed on a display in such a manner that a plurality of channel information is arranged. The user input module receives the first movement indication for the movement of the channel information rows and the second movement indication including displacement information for the movement of the channel information rows. The controller displays arranged channel information by shifting the channel information one by one if the first movement indication is input. The controller displays the arranged channel information by shifting the channel information by a number corresponding to the displacement information if the second movement indication is input.
