Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sensor for detecting the porosity and a manufacturing method are provided to detect whether a target exists or not according to characteristics of lights observed in outside corresponding to an amount of the target. CONSTITUTION: A sensor for detecting the porosity comprises a sensor layer(110). A plurality of pores(120) having a minute diameter is distributed inside the sensor layer. Whether a target exists or not is decided according to characteristics of lights observed in outside corresponding to an amount of the target remained inside the pores of the sensor layer. The characteristics of lights are observed in a viewable range, an ultraviolet range, and infrared range within a specific frequency range.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A photo electrode manufacturing method which uses a chemical bath deposition, a photo electrode manufactured by the same, and a dye sensitized solar cell are provided to directly arrange the photo electrode on a seed layer arranged on a substrate using the chemical bath deposition, thereby reducing process time. CONSTITUTION: A photo electrode(100) comprises a conductive transparent substrate(10) and a metal oxide layer(20). The conductive transparent substrate arranges a conductive transparent electrode on a transparent substrate. A seed layer is arranged by coating a metal oxide on the conductive transparent substrate with a fixed thickness. A counter electrode(200) comprises a conductive layer(40) arranged on a conductive transparent substrate(50). An electrolyte(30) is placed between the photo electrode and counter electrode.
