본 고안의 배관 연결구는, 제2배관의 일단이 삽입되어 고정될 수 있도록 내주면에 걸림턱이 형성되고, 일단의 외주면에 걸림부가 형성된 제1배관; 상기 제1배관과 제2배관 사이에 형성되어 유체의 누설을 방지하는 패킹부재; 상기 제2배관의 외주면에 끼워지고, 외주면이 경사지게 형성되며, 길이방향으로 절개부가 형성된 가압부재; 상기 가압부재의 경사진 외주면에 대응하는 경사진 내주면이 형성되고, 상기 가압부재의 외주면에 끼워져 상기 가압부재가 상기 제2배관에 고정되도록 하는 고정부재; 및 상기 고정부재를 상기 제1배관의 걸림부에 고정하는 체결부재를 포함한다.

Abstract: 본 고안은 인라인스케이트용 범퍼에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세히는 인라인스케이트는 바닥면이 바퀴로 구성되어 있어서 빈번하게 신발의 측면이 지면과 닿게 되고, 또한 인라인스케이팅 도중에도 자주 넘어짐으로 인해 측면이 다른 부분에 비해 빨리 마모되어 신발의 전체 수명이 단축되는 문제점이 있는데, 이와 같이 빨리 마모되는 신발의 양측면을 보호하기 위한 것이다.
본 고안은, 타원형으로 구성되고, 상기 인라인스케이트에 부착되는 하부면은 인라인스케이트의 측면의 형상에 맞게 굴곡지게 이루어진 범퍼몸체와, 상기 범퍼몸체의 하부면에 적층 형성되는 점착층과, 상기 점착층에 적층되는 이형지로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안을 인라인스케이트의 신발의 측면에 부착하여 사용하면 측면의 마모 발생이 줄어들어 인라인스케이트의 수명이 연장되는 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An ion beam etching apparatus and method of a silicon and compound semiconductor are provided to prevent the damage of the semiconductor device by accurately controlling Ar ion beam. CONSTITUTION: The flow rate of Ar gas is controlled by an Ar gas valve(10). An Ar ion beam is generated from an ion beam generating part(20) having a driving connection with the Ar gas valve(10).
