The present invention relates to a variable device of magnetic reluctance or self-inductance which uses a flux saturation phenomenon in order to control a current which causes a flux saturation by obtaining an effect of adding a gap to a core by using the partial flux saturation phenomenon in a transformer or the core of a reactor. PURPOSE: A multi-level converter, an inverter having the same, and a sunlight power supply device having the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by offering an output power source having various voltage levels for an input power source using a simple circuit. CONSTITUTION: A first buck-boost part (110) has one power switch (Q1) which switches an input power source (Vin). The first buck-boost part outputs a first power source (Level1) in which a voltage level is varied according to the switching of the power switch. A bypass part (130) outputs a second power source (Level2) having the voltage level of the input power source. A second buck-boost part (120) shares the power switch with the first buck-boost part. The second buck-boost part outputs a third power source (Level3) in which the voltage level is varied according to the switching of the power switch.
