PURPOSE: An impurity removal and alkali reduction apparatus of a recycled aggregate is provided to reduce an installing cost and an installing space by simultaneously performing an impurity separating process and an alkali reducing process in one apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An impurity removal and alkali reduction apparatus(1) of a recycled aggregate comprises a chamber(10), an air blower(22), a conveyor belt unit(20), a vibrating screen unit(30), and a screw mixer unit(40). The chamber has a crushed material inlet port(11) at an upper part of the chamber. The air blower blows wind to a crushed material in the chamber. The conveyer belt unit transfers light-weighted impurities that are pressed by the air blown from the crushed material dropping in the chamber. The vibration screen unit is mounted in the chamber and has a separation net(31) for selecting the crushed materials with a size of 20 mm or greater. The screw mixer unit comprise a screw(41) and the crushed materials with a size of 20 mm or less, transferred by a rotation force of the screw, and at the same time, the crushed materials with a size of 20 mm or less is in contact with carbon dioxide gas. PURPOSE: A carbonation processing method and an apparatus are provided to manage pH of a recycled aggregate by carbonating the recycled aggregate with carbon dioxide by using a silo storing method which has a high treating efficient compared to a conventional technique. CONSTITUTION: A carbonation processing method comprises the following steps. The carbon dioxide gas is flowed in into the conical shape aggregate exhausting part(110) of the discrete chamber where the carbon dioxide gas supplied through the carbon dioxide gas supply tube(111) is positioned in the top in the state where the recycled aggregate is put into the discrete chamber positioned in the top of the multistage structured perpendicularity storage chamber(10). After the recycled aggregate filled with within the discrete chamber is contacted with the carbon dioxide gas and it is made carbonic acid with the first it is ejected to the infra positioned discrete chamber while the carbon dioxide gas rises from the lower part of the multi-stage perpendicularity storage chamber to top. The recycled aggregate again contacts with the carbon dioxide gas supplied through the conical shape aggregate exhausting part and the recycled aggregate put into the downside discrete chamber is additionally made carbonic acid, and thus pH is degraded. PURPOSE: A neutralizing method and manufacturing method for the secondary products of concrete using carbon dioxide are provided to reduce the pH of alkaline water eluted from the secondary products of the concrete by including a neutralizing process using carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A chamber is prepared(100). Moisture is distributed on the surface of the secondary products of concrete(10), and the internal temperature of the secondary products is maintained at temperature between 50 and 60 degrees Celsius in the chamber. A secondary product of concrete is introduced into the chamber. Carbon dioxide gas is supplied into the chamber. The secondary product is in contact with the carbon dioxide gas in order to undergo a neutralizing process.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for stabilization the treatment of recycled aggregates is provided to facilitate neutralization by recycling carbonated water additionally occurring when a carbon dioxide passes through a wet dust filter. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for stabilization the treatment of recycled aggregates comprises: a main hopper(11a); a measurement hopper(11b); a steam generator(19) which generates a steam by using water including a neutralization promoter of ph 4-8; a mixer(13) which contacts a carbon dioxide gas, a carbonated water and a neutralization promoter and has a circulation material mixed with the steam generated from the steam generator; a supply conveyor belt(12); a discharge conveyor belt(14); a carbon dioxide gas supply tank(15); a carbon dioxide gas collecting tank(16); a wet dust filter(18) for recycling the carbon dioxide gas; and a heater for heating the carbon dioxide gas.

PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide storing method using a concrete rapid carbonation reaction is provided to minimize the environmental contamination by generating calcium carbonate during a production process of cement. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide storing method using a concrete rapid carbonation reaction comprises the following steps: mixing cement, water and aggregate; inserting the mixture into a mold for molding; inserting the molded mixture into a pressure maintained chamber; inserting the carbon dioxide; carbonizing the second product; storing the carbon dioxide inside the second product; and curing the second product.

PURPOSE: A neutralizing apparatus of movable circulation aggregate is provided to promote carbon dioxide gas contact neutralization of circulation aggregate by contacting the circulation aggregate and carbon dioxide gas more frequently after spraying the carbon dioxide gas from a mixer shaft. CONSTITUTION: A neutralizing apparatus of movable circulation aggregate includes a circulation aggregate inlet, a gas supply hole and a mixer. The mixer(13) promotes neutralization of the circulation aggregate. The mixer includes a rotary shaft and an agitating vane. A carbon dioxide gas supply flow path is formed inside the rotary shaft. A carbon dioxide gas discharge nozzle is formed on the exterior of the rotary shaft. The carbon dioxide gas is sprayed through the carbon dioxide gas discharge nozzle.

PURPOSE: A method for producing a recycled aggregate is provided to enhance density and reduce absorption rate of the recycled aggregate by neutralizing the recycled aggregate by carbon gas. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a recycled aggregate comprises: a step of inputting one or more mixture selected from thick recycled aggregate of 5-25mm for concrete, thin recycled aggregate of 0.01-5mm for concrete, and recycled aggregate of 0.01-40 mm; a step of stirring the recycled aggregates; and a step of supplying 60-100% of carbon dioxide at -10-100°C and 2-7 pressure to react for 5-30 minutes.
