Abstract: 본 발명은, 촉진탄산화 반응을 이용하여 제조되어, 크게 저감된 흡수율과 증진된 밀도를 가지고 있어 순환골재의 품질기준에 적합하며, 강알카리성인 종래의 순환골재와 달리 낮은 pH를 가지고 있어 콘크리트용으로 사용될 때, 알칼리 골재반응 및 건조수축을 현상을 최소화시킬 수 있게 되며, 토양, 수질 환경 및 생태계 영향을 최소화할 수 있게 되는 순환골재를 제조하는 방법에 대한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A neutralizing device of recycled aggregate using promotion neutralization and a method thereof are provided to improve productivity by reducing a neutralization period, and to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing processes. CONSTITUTION: A neutralizing device(100) of recycled aggregate using promotion neutralization includes the following: a chamber body(111) with a neutralization space in which the recycled aggregate is accepted with an inlet and an outlet; an input body(114) opening and closing the inlet and is arranged in one side of the chamber body; an agitating device(120) agitating the recycled aggregate located in the neutralization space; a carbonated water spraying device(140) spraying the carbonated water and connected to one side of the chamber body; and a dehydration device(150) dehydrating the recycled aggregate and is connected to the outlet.

Abstract: A ceramic tile composition using waste glass is provided to recycle waste resources, reduce a production cost, prevent environmental pollution, and have high load strength while containing at least 50wt% of waste glass powder. A ceramic tile composition using waste glass includes 50-90wt% of waste glass powder, 3-15wt% of an aqueous solution of alkali metal silicate(solid content: 20-60%), 0-8wt% of water, 0-15wt% of alumina cement, 0-3wt% of an inorganic salt, and 0-20wt% of clay minerals. A method for manufacturing ceramic tiles using waste glass includes the steps of: removing foreign substances from waste glass and grinding the resultant waste glass; preparing the ceramic tile composition using the glass powder; molding the composition into a predetermined shape; drying the molded materials; and firing the dried materials at 850-1000 °C(except 850 °C), and cooling the fired materials slowly.

Abstract: An admixture for preventing the spalling of concrete is provided to have an excellent spalling-resistant effect and prevent workability deterioration and flowability reduction of concrete. An admixture for preventing the spalling of concrete includes a spalling-resistant fiber which forms a continuous particle size distribution, and glass powder. In a disk type grinder, the spalling-resistant fiber and broken glass are simultaneously ground in a weight ratio of 1:5-1:15 to obtain a continuous particle size distribution and form glass powder. The spalling-resistant fiber is one, two or more selected from polypropylene fiber, nylon fiber, and polyvinylalcohol fiber.
