Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydrophilic dust collecting plate for electric dust collectors is provided to reduce weight and to prevent deformation of the dust collector by performing hydrophylizing process. CONSTITUTION: A hydrophilic dust collecting plate for electric dust collectors comprises a mold frame(10), dust collecting plates(20,20') and a wash-liquid chamber(31). The dust collector is installed at both sides of the mold frame. The front surface(21) which is a dust collecting surface is hydrophylizing processed by shot peening or sand blasting. At the upper side of the dust collector, a feeding inlet(23) for water-films is formed in a no-salient type. In order to form the uniform corona discharge, the dust collection surface is formed in an even form. The wash-liquid chamber provides the washing solution to the wash-liquid chamber. The detergent solution supply inlet for water-films is composed of a plurality of holes or slits which is formed in the cross direction of the dust collecting plates, or in multi-layer in which the plurality of holes or slits are laminated in many layers based on the vertical direction of the dust collecting plates.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil mist collecting apparatus based on a unipolar charging centrifuge separation method is provided to improve the coagulation capability of oil mist by collecting coagulated oil mist at the collecting side of a wall. CONSTITUTION: An oil mist collecting apparatus based on a unipolar charging centrifuge separation method includes a unipolar pre-charging coagulating part(10) and an electrostatic centrifuge oil mist collecting part(20). The unipolar pre-charging coagulating part generates corona discharging. The unipolar pre-charging coagulating part charges oil mist in air with either an anode or a cathode such that the oil mist is coagulated. The electrostatic centrifuge oil mist collecting part is installed at the rear side of the unipolar pre-charging coagulating part. The electrostatic centrifuge oil mist collecting part electrostatic induces the coagulated oil mist to the wing direction of a rotary fan(22) such that the coagulated oil mist is attached to a wing(22a). The attached oil mist is secondarily coagulated and is separated based on centrifuge force. The secondarily coagulated oil mist is collected.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrolysis-based ballast water sterilization-treating apparatus using micro-bubbles is provided to accelerate the generation of hypochlorous acid in case of the electrolysis of ballast water by supplying micro-bubbles containing ozone gas or air using an electrolysis module. CONSTITUTION: An electrolysis module(210) electrolyzes ballast water and eliminates microorganisms in the ballast water. A ballast tank(220) stores the electrolyzed ballast water. Micro-bubble generating units(100a to 100h) are in connection with the front region or the rear region of the electrolysis module along the flowing direction of the ballast water to a ballast tank. The micro-bubble generating units generate micro-bubbles using the ballast water and supply the micro-bubbles to the electrolysis module.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A resource and greenhouse gas circulation generating system and a method for generating power using the same are provided to increase service life by suppressing the excessive temperature increase of an electric power generation part. CONSTITUTION: A resource and greenhouse gas circulation generating system comprises a gas transform part(110), a cleaning part(120), an electric power generation part(130), a steam removing part(140), and a gas supply part(150). The gas transform part converts the inserted solid fuel into synthetic gas. The cleaning part removes the foreign material included in the synthetic gas and converts the synthetic gas into a synthetic gas including hydrogen and carbon monoxide. The electric power generation part produces electricity by using the converted synthetic gas. The steam removing part condenses the steam included in the gas and eliminates the gas. One end of the gas supply part is connected to the steam removing part. The other end part of the gas supply part is connected to at least one of the electric power generation parts and the gas transform parts. The gas supply part re-circulates the carbon dioxide flowing out from the steam removing part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric precipitator using a wool activated carbon fiber filter is provided to simultaneously process harmful gas and minute particles included in discharge gas by using a wool activated carbon fiber filter as a ground electrode. CONSTITUTION: A blocking layer(1a) is installed in a body(1). A ground electrode(3) includes an inlet(3a) and WACF(Wool Activated Carbon Fiber). Discharge gas is inputted to the inlet. A plurality of discharging pins are formed in a discharge electrode. Minute particles included in the discharge gas are electrically charged by the corona discharge between the discharge electrode and the ground electrode. The discharge gas passes from the inner space(3b) of the ground electrode to the outer space(3c). The minute particles and harmful gas are simultaneously removed.
