    Abstract: A valve and a micro fluid pump having the same are provided to prevent a capillary from being damaged or erroneously operated by preventing a transfer pipe from being pressed over a predetermined pressure. A valve includes a capillary(1), an outlet pipe(21) and a valve(2). The capillary is connected to a fluid transfer pipe and an air providing unit. If the air pressure inside of the capillary is above a predetermined pressure, until the inner pressure of the capillary is stabilized, the valve exhausts gas in the capillary into the outside in a bubble state through the liquid of the outlet pipe, and stabilizes the inner pressure.

    Abstract: An apparatus for detecting a mixing state of a micro mixer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a detection process and reduce detection costs by detecting a mixing sample, which is mixed by the micro mixer, by a single integrated detection apparatus. An apparatus for detecting a mixing state of a micro mixer includes a wafer(10), a glass substrate(20), and a data processing unit. A micro channel(2) is formed by etching a surface of the wafer so that a mixing sample which is mixed by at least two different samples flows on the wafer(10). The glass substrate is connected to an upper part of the micro channel. An inlet hole in which the mixing sample flows is perforated on a position corresponding to one side end of the micro channel. An outlet hole of which the mixing sample flows out is perforated on a position corresponding to the other side end of the micro channel. Detection electrodes(3,4) are arranged within the micro channel and output a voltage value corresponding to a density of the mixing sample which flows on the micro channel. The data processing unit is connected to the detection electrodes, and detects the mixing state of the mixing sample according to a detection signal of the detection electrodes.
