Abstract: A waveguide-type microwave filter with a choke structure and a microwaving apparatus using the same are provided to secure a space where an object is treated, which result from no separate shield structure within a target room. A choke structure(215) of microwave is formed on at least one surface of a waveguide duct(200). The choke structure is formed on at least one surface(230,210) of the waveguide duct. The choke structure is a character 'L'-shaped structure. An oscillator generates microwave. The waveguide duct transmits the microwave generated in the oscillator. An object to be treated is treated in a processing room through the microwave. The waveguide duct is a penetration tube through which the microwave passes.
