멀티미디어 다자통화 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 룸관리부는 다자통화 참가대상 단말기들 중에서 다자통화 초대메시지에 대한 응답메시지를 전송한 다자통화 참가대상 단말기들 사이의 다자통화를 위한 미디어 믹싱 세션을 생성하고 관리한다. 안내방송관리부는 룸관리부로부터 입력되는 안내방송 제어명령에 응답하여 최초로 다자통화에 참여하는 단말기로 다자통화호의 설정중을 알리는 안내방송을 출력한다. 미디어믹싱부는 룸관리부의 제어에 의해 미디어 믹싱 세션에 대응하는 동일한 룸에 위치하는 단말기들로부터 수신된 미디어 데이터를 믹싱하여 단말기들로 전송한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 다자통화호가 정상적으로 설정될 수 있고, 다자통화 참여자에게 친절하고 수준 높은 다자통화 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 사업자 입장에서는 호의 성공율을 높임으로써 보다 높은 이익을 얻을 수 있다. 차세대 네트워크, SIP, 컨퍼런스, 다자통화, 안내방송
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for distributing resources to the call control processes contained in an MGC(Media Gateway Controller) system is provided to carry out open queuing network modeling for the call control processes contained in an MGC system. CONSTITUTION: An MGC system sets up initial values(501). The MGC system calculates the call arrival rate and call arrival rate standby time of each server and the total system standby time(W¬TOTAL)(502). The MGC system selects servers having the maximum and minimum values among the calculated call arrival rate standby times(503). The MGC system adjusts the service throughputs of the selected servers(504). Then the MGC system calculates the standby time of each server and the total system standby time, reflecting the adjusted service throughputs(505). The MGC system compares the previous total standby time(W¬TOTAL) with the new total standby time(W¬TOTAL-new) calculated with the reflection of the adjusted service throughputs and judges whether the system standby time has been reduced due to the modified service throughputs(506). In case that the system standby time has been reduced, the MGC system judges whether the reduced system standby time is a desired system standby time(507). If the reduced system standby time is a desired system standby time, the MGC system outputs a result as resource allocation has been executed optimally(509).

PURPOSE: A method for managing an open network interworking gateway is provided to efficiently manage an open network interworking gateway by mutually operating a plurality of media gateway controllers and media gateways. CONSTITUTION: A resource division manager(202) requests shape information in regard to resource formation in media gateways(104), requests the media gateways(104) to divide resource and change the resource division. A media gateway controller manager(107) requests a media gateway management agency(203) to execute management functions of the media gateways(104). The media gateway management agency(203) receives the execution request to transmit the same to the media gateways(104), and receives process results from the media gateways(104) for transmitting the same to the media gateway controller manager(107). The media gateways(104) report event information generated in the media gateway to the media gateway management agency(203). The media gateway management agency(203) transmits the report to the media gateway controller manager(107) related to the event. The media gateway controller manager(107) requests media gateway controllers(102) to execute a media gateway management function. The media gateway controllers report process results to the media gateway controller manager(107) and report media gateway controller management function event information.

PURPOSE: A VHE(Virtual Home Environment) service method using CAMEL(Customized Application for Mobile network Enhanced Logic) is provided to offer the same service within home to IMT-2000 subscribers network when roaming to the outside of a home network. CONSTITUTION: A serving network consists of an ISC(IMT-2000 Mobile Switching Controller,200). An MSC(Mobile Switching Control,210) controls a call control function and a location register function. A VLR(Visitor Location Register,220) and an SSP(Service Switching Processor,230) manage the visitor information. The MSC(210) consists of an MCCB(Mobile Call Control Block,212) for processing bearer setting/canceling for controlling an IMT-2000 call. An LUB(Location Update Block,211) processes the location register of the mobile terminal. An HLR(Home Location Register,310) consists of a CHMB(Camel-Home Subscriber Information Management Block,312) for managing CSI(CAMELL Subscription Information) data. A PPBhm(Protocol Processing Block-HLR MAP,311) processes a MAP protocol to the interaction interface of VLR/SSP.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for accepting a mobile IP in an MPLS(Multi-Protocol Label Switching) network is provided to make MPLS interworked with a mobile IP by combining a mobile IP registration message with MPLS label distribution and to prevent an abuse of headers by utilizing 2-layer tunneling, not 3-layer encapsulation, in tunneling an IP packet in a service network. CONSTITUTION: In configuring a service packet network for IMT-2000 service, an MPLS network accepting a mobile IP is suggested. Under this structure, a topology driven label distribution method and an MIP registration request driven label distribution method are presented. Accordingly, the MPLS network accepting the mobile IP doesn't require 3-layer IP header for transmission to an external agent in tunneling in a network, as compared with a simple combination structure of the mobile IP and the MPLS network.

본 발명은 경제성을 고려하여 서비스 교환기와 서비스 제어기를 시뮬레이터로 구성한 후 차세대 지능형 정보 제공 시스템의 개발 기능을 효과적으로 시험할 수 있도록 하는 시뮬레이터에서의 호 감시 방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 차세대 지능형 정보 제공 시스템 시험용 시뮬레이터에 적용되는 호 감시 방법에 있어서, 서비스 이용자로부터 지능망 서비스 호를 식별하여 감시하기 위하여 감시 화면을 뛰운 후에, 호의 발생을 기다리는 제 1 단계; 시뮬레이터에서 다른 노드로 오퍼레이션을 송신하는지를 판단하는 제 2 단계; 상기 제 2 단계의 판단 결과, 오퍼레이션을 송신하였으면 보내는 노드까지 호 흐름을 표시하는 제 3 단계; 상기 제 2 단계의 판단 결과, 오퍼레이션이 수신하였으면 IP로부터 수신하였는지를 판단하는 제 4 단계; 및 상기 제 4 단계의 판단 결과, IP로부터 수신하였으면 IP로부터 수신노드까지 호 흐름을 표시하는 제 5 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 호 감시 방법이 제공된다.

CONSTITUTION: After a system is re-booted, it is judged whether a transaction is started(802). If a transaction is not started, all pages of a backup database are loaded in a main internal memory-resident database(804). If a transaction is started, it is judged whether the corresponding page exists in useful page list(806). If the corresponding page does not exist in an available page list, it is judged whether the corresponding page exists in a backup page list(808). If the corresponding page does not exist in a backup page list, the corresponding page of the backup database is loaded in a shadow area of a secure storing device(810). In addition, the corresponding page is registered in the available page list(812). PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for testing VLR(Visiting Location Register)/HLR(Home Location Register) functions in an ATM mobile communication system are provided to add VLR/HLR functions to a workstation in order to verify a mobility function without the necessity of installing a VLR and an HLR or using a special protocol analyzer and to execute tests through a user graphic interface so that a user can visually confirm test progress and results. CONSTITUTION: In order to see a test result, a user selects a log screen view on the graphic user screen using a menu function(712). Then, after inputting his name, the user can see the test result on the screen by confirms a log file(714). In case that the user wants to offer an IMT-2000 VLR/HLR mobility function or to execute function verification, the user first selects a mobility function test execution menu(715). Then the user selects a desired mobility function from a scenario menu(716). If the user wants to change the selected scenario, he can change it with another(717,718). If a test scenario is ready, the user pushes a start button to execute the IMT-2000 VLR/HLR mobility function(719-722).

PURPOSE: An inter operation method between an HLR(Home Location Register) and an SCF(Service Control Function) for UPT(Universal Personal Telecommunication) service is provided to link and process UPT profile information and mobile subscriber information so that a user can be provided UPT service using a single UPT number. CONSTITUTION: After receiving a UPT profile information change request from a UPT user, an SSF(Service Switching Function) requests an SCF to provide service(S31). The SCF judges whether a condition number and condition information necessary to drive a UPT service logic should be changed together with requested UPT profile information(S32). If the condition number and condition information should be changed together with requested UPT profile information, the SCF transmits a mobile subscriber information inquiry operation to an HLR(S33) and waits until a response is received from the HLR(S34). If the mobile subscriber response operation is received from the HLR(S35), the SCF checks whether its result value is successful(S36). If the result value is successful, the SCF transmits a mobile subscriber information change request operation to the HLR, changes UPT profile information and executes the next stage of the UPT service logic(S37-S39).
