Disclosed is an apparatus and method for measuring power by using a sensing tag. The apparatus for measuring power includes a power sensing tag and a power measurement control system. The power sensing tag is installed on a line which supplies power to a load of a target device and measures the power which the load consumes. The power measurement control system receives the power information measured by the power sensing tag from the power sensing tag and determines the power which the load consumes by using the measured power information. PURPOSE: A web-based VM(Virtual Machine) providing method is provided to support the applications operated in the different operating environment platforms with one screen as if the applications are operated in one client mobile system, thereby maximizing the usability. CONSTITUTION: A web operating environment based mobile terminal requests the native application which is executed in a different operating environment platform. The VMs are generated for performing operating environment platform corresponding to the native applications. The VMs uses the web operating environment and is provided to the mobile terminal.

PURPOSE: A cooperation communication device and a method thereof for obtaining high communication reliability are provided to maximize the diversity combining gain of low complexity supporting RAT(Radio Access Technology). CONSTITUTION: A first node management unit(110) selects a first RAT in consideration of the RAT information usable for a source-destination link or a source-relay link. The source-destination link interlinks a source node and a destination node. The source-relay link interlinks the source node and a relay node. A first information transmission unit(120) transmits the first source node information through the first RAT to the destination node and the relay node.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing personal knowledge on a web are provided to classify collected knowledge into 3 steps of theme, block and entry and perform edit and storage of the knowledge thereby easily quoting the stored knowledge through predefined grammatical function. CONSTITUTION: A personal knowledge processor receives input of collected data (S500). The personal knowledge processor classifies the data into them, block and entry according to preset object(S510). According to HTML grammar and pre-defined grammar, the personal knowledge processor edits the classified data(S520). According to a form, a personal knowledge management unit stores the edited data(S530). According to pre-defined grammar function, the personal knowledge processor changes the stored data(S540).
