Abstract: A heat protector structure is provided to improve the assembling efficiency by pressing a heat protector with respect to a bearing. A rear roll mount bracket structure includes a rear roll mount bracket(40) and a resilient insulator(20). A heat protector structure is installed in an opening of an insulator positioning section(42) of the rear roll mount bracket to protect the insulator from the heat of an exhaust system. The heat protector is rotatably connected with respect to an inner pipe. The heat protector includes several fan-shaped blade plates on the outer side thereof to increase the heat interrupting effect of the heat protector with respect to the insulator.

또한 기존의 직결식 타입의 도어 래치 장치에 비하여 그 크기가 작아 설계 시 자유도가 크고, 제조원가를 절감할 수 있는 것이다.
따라서 일반 도어나 실드 모듈 타입의 도어에 폭넓게 사용이 가능하고 차량의 설계 시 편의성과 경제성을 증대시킬 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fixing position of a power train is provided to connect-fix a P/T(Power Train) to a vehicle body in a fixed position as preventing deflection by self-weight of the P/T using a simple connecting jig connected between a crank pulley of an engine and the vehicle body when being applied in an assembling line of a vehicle and connecting the P/T with the vehicle body, and to divide the jig easily after fixing. CONSTITUTION: A method for fixing position of a power train is to lift a P/T mounted in engine sludge and to connect-fix to a vehicle body. One end of a jig(3) is inserted in insertion holes(2a,2b,2c) formed vertically in the vehicle body, and the other end of the jig is inserted to a groove in the center side formed in a crank pulley of an engine in the P/T side going up by being lifted. The crank pulley of the engine in the P/T side is fixed to the vehicle body in a fixed position. One end of the jig is inserted in the center of the crank pulley and a hexagonal groove is formed to prevent separation and rotation. When one end of the jig is inserted to an upper insertion hole, the vehicle body and the P/T are connected perfectly. The load to the jig is removed perfectly and the jig is divided easily from the groove of the insertion hole of the vehicle body and the crank pulley.
