Compusul cu formula I se obtine prin reactia dintre un azolil-glicoeter cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R4, m, X si Y au semificatiile ca în formula I cu un trialchilclorilan cu formula generala III: în care R1, R2 si R3 au semnificatiile ca în formula I, în prezenta tetrahidrofuran ca solvent si a unui acceptor de acid ales dintre trietilamina sau dimetilaminopiridina, la temperatura de 0...50 degree C.
