The invention relates to thermoplastic polyestermolding compositions, comprising polybutylene terephthalate(PBT), poly(1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol terephthalate) (PCT)and epoxy- functionalized compatibilizer, a process for preparing the thermoplastic polyester molding compositions, and to the use of the molding compositions of the invention for producing parisons, containers, films, tubes, or moldings of any type, and also to the resultant moldings of the invention.
