    Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the releasability and mechanical strength of a bladder by a method wherein a bladder for vulcanizing, the surface of which is treated by a silicone composition containing a mixture of two polyorganosiloxanes, the degrees of polymerization of which are different from each other, is employed during the forming and vulcanizing of a rubber product. CONSTITUTION:A vulcanizing bladder is treated by silicone surface-treating liquid containing polyorganosiloxane having the mean degree of polymerization of 2,500-6,000, polyorganosiloxane having the mean degree of polymerization of 800-1,600, and, as the case may be, fine silica powder and metal salt of organic acid. For the metal salt of organic acid, zinc, magnesium, manganese, iron, cobalt and tin are empolyed. Further, the usage of the low-molecular weight siloxane is 0.3-3 times as much as that of the high-molecular weight siloxane. The obtained bladder for vulcanization is excellent in releasability, resulting in eliminating the need of releasing agent.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a road surface by installing a rubber elastic body into which water is sealed in liquidtight form at the basic edge part of a spike installed into a treat part, thus reducing the modulus of water in the case when a road surface is not in frozen state and permitting the spike to retreat into the tire. CONSTITUTION:A spike tire is formed by burying a number of shanks (spike) 1 having a flange 2 at the basic edge part into a tread part 6, and a tip 3 is installed at the top edge part of the shank 1. In this case, a rubber elastic body 4 which contains water in liquidtight form is installed onto the edge surface on the basic edge side of the shank 1, namely on the side where the flange 2 is installed. Therefore, when a road surface is not in frozen state, the temperature of the tire becomes over the meling point of water, and the elastic modulus of water is kept sufficiently small, and the shank 1 can freely retreat into the tire by the pressing force in the direction of retreat by the contact with the road surface. Therefore, in this state, the breakage of the road surface due to the tip 3 can be prevented exceedingly efficiently.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide excellent removability, mechanical strength, heat resistance, hot water resistance and durability, and to increase the yield, by using a bladder for vulcanization of a rubber composition containing a special butyl rubber and a polyorgano siloxane. CONSTITUTION:A rubber composition for forming a bladder for vulcanization comprises a butyl rubber and a polyorgano siloxane, and the butyl rubber base consists of bromobutyl rubber and a terpolymer of isoprene, isobutylene and a third component having a plurality of C=C double bonds, vulcanizable with a peroxide and partially crosslinked. As the third component use is made of divinyl benzene, butadiene, dicyclopentadiene, etc. The proportion of a butyl rubber and a polyorgano siloxane is 10-90-90/10, and a butyl rubber, a polyorgano siloxane and other additives are cured and molded with a vulcanizing agent. The molded bladder for vulcanization is placed in a molding machine, and a molding material is charged and is heated under pressure.

    CONSTITUTION: An isoprene-butadiene random copolymer containing ≥90% cis-1,4 bond, or a mixture of said copolymer and one or more other diene rubbers is used as a stock rubber, and is compounded with carbon black and a vulcanizing agent. The isoprene-butadiene random copolymer is the one having an isoprene-content of 40W95(wt)%, and its amount in the stock rubber is ≥20%.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To prepare a hardly slipping rubber grip having beautiful matte appearance, by welding metal or ceramic particles to the inner surface of a vulcanization mold to impart a fine embossed pattern to the surface of rubber contacted with the welded coating layer of said mold. CONSTITUTION:A plasma spray film layer comprising metal or ceramic particles each having particle size of 50-150mum is partially or entirely formed to the inner surface of a vulcanization mold for a rubber grip. Subsequently, a predetermined molding material is introduced into the mold to mold a rubber grip under vulcanization to prepare a rubber grip having an embossed pattern corresponding to the surface of the plasma spray coating layer formed to the surface thereof. By this method, a rubber grip having beautiful matte high grade excellent appearance and compatible with a hand as well as hardly slipping when wetted water can be obtained. This grip can be suitable used as the grip of a golf club or a tennis racket, the saddle of a bicycle or a motorcycle and the grips of various tools.
