Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide natural rubber latex capable of dispersing excellently a viscosity stabilizer giving excellent stable-viscosity effect, natural rubber containing the viscosity stabilizer and a method for preparing them. SOLUTION: Emulsion of the viscosity stabilizer in a solvent of an aliphatic compound having chain structure is added to natural rubber latex and the natural rubber containing the viscosity stabilizer is prepared by drying this natural rubber latex. Dispersibility of the viscosity stabilizer is improved by emulsifying it, giving the stable-viscosity effect. Hydroxylamine hydrosulfate, semicarbazide, dimedon or a hydrazide compound is used as the viscosity stabilizer.

SOLUTION: A viscosity stabilizer is added to a crude natural rubber by immersing and/or spraying before drying the rubber. In the manufacture of an RSS-type natural rubber, a viscosity stabilizer is preferably added by immersing and/or spraying in the steps after the coagulation step and before the smoking step. In the manufacture of a TSR-type natural rubber, a viscosity stabilizer is preferably added by immersing and/or spraying before the drying step.

SOLUTION: The method is characterized by using more than two sorts of hydrazide compound. For example, in the case of using two sorts of hydrazide compound it is able to adjust a low viscosity natural rubber using a 12C or more alkyl acid hydrazide as a main component and to adjust a high viscosity natural rubber using a hydrazide having hydroxy groups (-OH group) in its molecule, and to adjust a middle viscosity natural rubber using a 2-5C alkyl acid hydrazide as a main component.
