Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To refill a cartridge with ink without breaking it by providing an ink injection port connected with an ink chamber and sealing members which are put into the ink injection port to seal the port and dropped in the ink chamber by pushing to lift the sealing. SOLUTION: A ball 7a which is fitted into the ink injection port 5 of an ink cartridge 1 with ink exhausted is dropped into an ink chamber 6 by pushing with a rod 8 to open the ink injection port 5. The ink injection tube 10 of a bellows-shaped ink packing container 9 is inserted into the opened ink injection port 5, and the container 9 is compressed by hand to inject ink 11 into the ink chamber 6. After that, into the opened ink injection port 5 is fitted a ball prepared separately with the rod 8 to seal the port 5. In this way, the cartridge 1 can be refilled with ink without being broken.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently refill an ink into an ink tank by providing an ink absorbtive member with the same characteristics as an ink absorptive member of the ink tank as an ink guiding means and mounting the ink tank to destroy meniscus of the ink absorptive members each other. SOLUTION: When an ink is filled into an apparatus main body, at first, an ink 510 is stored in an ink room 504. In this case, an ink guiding member 517 is not pressed into an ink guiding part 507 and the ink 510 is put therein from the ink guiding part 507Y. Then, when a cap is taken off and a used ink tank 21 is mounted, the ink 510 is sucked up by the static negative pressure of an ink holding member 26 arranged in this inside. In this instance, as ink guiding members 27Y and 517Y of the ink tank 21 and an ink refilling apparatus are slid and connected, each meniscus of the inks 510 thereby is surely connected with each other. As the result, remaining ink in the ink tank 21 and the ink in the ink room 504 are connected with each other and refilling is started.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain both ascending force and buffer effect of a cassette holder by using a compressed coil torsion spring for generating a torsion force and a compression force at a rotating shaft part of the cassette holder. That is, such a mechanism is provided as capable of obtaining the best buffer effect by deciding the specification of the compressed coil torsion spring, various materials and the viscosity of the oil in accordance with the weight of the cassette and the cassette holder 2 and the posture of the cassette holder to be actually used. By this method, the space saving is feasible, and the miniaturization with a saving of parts can be achieved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a cassette mounting mechanism at a loading time minimum and to miniaturize a carrying system by dividing a cassette holder into a revolving arm part and a main body part and executing the expansion and contraction of the both parts with the moving operation of a slide chassis. CONSTITUTION:A main body part 20 and a revolving arm part 15 are turned in a counter-clock-wise direction and a cassette 6 is inserted with a cassette inserting port to be upward. Next, when the main body part 20 is pushed down in an arrow B direction, the engaging position of coupling pins 18 and 19 and through channels 16 and 17 are not moved, however, since a coupling pin 21 is passed through the inside of a guide channel 13, the cassette 6 is exactly positioned to a coiling reel 24 and a supplying reel 23. Next, when a slide chassis 11 is moved in a C direction, the engaging position of the guide channel and the coupling pin is not moved and obtained as a prescribed position. Thus, since the revolving arm part 15 and the main body part 20 are expanded and contracted by the moving operation of the slide chassis, the cassette mounting mechanism at the loading time can be made small.

Also, in case of the cassette 1 being inserted in a mistaken direction for the top plate 2 and lower plate 3 the misinsertion of this cassette 1 in the direction 4 can be prevented because of its locking at the corner part of the cassette having no taper with the lover 4 serving as a stopper.
