Abstract: PURPOSE:To make high density packaging step feasible by a method wherein both wiring boards packaging electronic parts are composed of both surface printed hard wiring boards. CONSTITUTION:Within this package structure for curved-surface body, both of the first both surface printed hard wiring board 3a as well as the second both surface printed hard wiring board 3b are not flexible wiring boards. Accordingly, when the numbers of electronic parts 4 and the connecting poles are increased, they can be contained in a specified space thereby making the high density packaging step feasible. Besides, both of the first flexible board 6a electrically connecting flexible connectors 5a and 5c as well as the second flexible wiring board 6b connecting the other flexible connectors 5b and 5d are not hard wiring boards. Furthermore, the first flexible wiring board 6a is made longer than the second flexible wiring board 6b extending along the arc surface of a body tube 1 so that the title package structure may be made compact by three dimensionally arraying both flexible wiring boards 6a, 6b.

With the above construction where the mechanical mounting and the soldering in the lump are assured, manhour for mounting the shield casing is sharply reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts of the titled device, and to reduce its cost by providing a light transmissible part on the start and the end parts of a tape, and detecting a transmitted light of the tape from two directions by a light emitting element and a light receiving element which are installed in the inside and the outside of a cassette. CONSTITUTION:A light beam from an illuminating lamp 8 provided on the outside of a cassette 6 passes through detecting ports 5 through mirrors 1, 2 and 3, 4 in paths of two directions, and reaches a phototransistor 11 provided on the inside of the cassette 6. As for a tape, a light transmissible part having no magnetic layer is formed in the start part and the end part, therefore, when the end part of a running tape comes, the light beam is reflected by the mirrors 1-4 and photodetected by the transistor 11, and the start and the end parts are detected. Therefore, the transistor 11 outputs a tape running stop signal and stops running of the tape. In such a way, the number of parts of the device is decreased, and the cost can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely load a cassette to a correct position with a simple structure by providing the linking member loosely movable in the moving direction of a cassette holder thereon and linking it with the rotary body to which a driving force is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A rotary plate 28 is rotated in B direction by a motor with a switch SW2 being turned ON, when a cassette is inserted in A direction, and a cassette holder 10 is descended with its moving along the groove 22a provided on a side face 23 by the lever 5 linking the rotary plate 28 and cassette holder 10. The boss 9 being pivotally attached to the driving shaft 14b of the cassette holder 10 is then abutted on the terminal end of the groove 22a. The boss pivotally attached to a driving shaft 14b is similarly abutted to the terminal of the guide groove. Meanwhile a spring 6 is elongated in B direction, a switch SW3 is turned ON by the cam 63 provided on a rotary plate 50 meantime, a motor is stopped and the cassette holder 10 stops at the cassette loading completion position.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify a composition at low cost with less part numbers by equipping an optical reflection member at opposing position of the outer side pinching a tape and the light emitting and receiving elements of which the light emitting part emittable in one direction via a light shielding member and the light receiving part detectable from the direction are set up. CONSTITUTION:The package element 1 consisting of a light receiving element 5 and a light emitting element 4 and becoming in one package so that the light emitted from the light emitting element 4 may not be leaked directly into the light receiving element 5 by a light shielding plate 6 is arranged in two pieces toward the opposing directions. A mirror 2 is set up in two pieces at the linearly symmetric position with the package element 1 as the center a pulse signal is fed by a common pulse signal generator 8 onto each light emitting element 4 and each light receiving element 5 feeds an AC signal to a common DC component removing circuit 9. The passage of these pulse signal and AC signal is made to change according to the running direction, namely according to the positive direction or reverse direction of a tape 7 on two package elements 1. In such a way the power consumption can be reduced.

CONSTITUTION:Location discerning bosses 14a-14c are provided at the front of connector 10, at its side-face in the direction of arrow (b), and at its opposite side face, i.e., at the two side faces of connector 10 in its longitudinal direction. Each of these bosses 14a-14c are divided into a plurality of bosses at a certain pitch, which may be approx. the same as the pitch of for ex. connecting terminals 13, but not being necessarily the same. As bosses to form pattern for sensing the location of the connector 10 are formed at that side face of connector 10 which is free of connecting terminal 13, high mislocating sensing accuracy is obtained in algorithm for location discernment of parts.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make location restriction precisely and increasing the mounting strength by providing a reinforcing terminal with a sensing pattern for performing location discerning of electric parts. CONSTITUTION:Connecting terminals 14, 14 for reinforcement are provided at the side face of connector 10 in the direction of arrow (b) and at its opposite side face, i.e., at the two side faces of connector 10 in its longitudinal direction, and soldered to pattern on a printed circuit board 1 so that the connector 10 is equipped with mechanical mounting strength. The connecting terminals 14, 14 for reinforcement are provided with slits at a certain pitch and divided into a plurality of terminals, whose pitch may be approx. the same as the pitch of connecting terminals 13, not being necessarily the same. As the pattern for sensing the location of the connector 10 is formed from reinforcing terminal for retaining the connector mounting strength, the location restriction can be made with high precision, and also the mounting strength be increased.

The transfer of the cassette holder 2 from a 1st position to the 2nd position of the cassette loading completion is made possible or impossible by making the energizing member 4 coming or not coming into the recessed part of a cassette 1 by whether the cassette 1 insertion is normal or not. Whether the cassette 1 is normally inserted or not can thus be detected and in case of a misinsertion it is not transferred to a 2nd position and the breakdown of a tape drawing member 6 can be prevented as well.

Also, in case of the cassette 1 being inserted in a mistaken direction for the top plate 2 and lower plate 3 the misinsertion of this cassette 1 in the direction 4 can be prevented because of its locking at the corner part of the cassette having no taper with the lover 4 serving as a stopper.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To safely and smoothly press a cassette at its loading time by controlling the pressure for the cassette according to the moving position of a cassette holding member. CONSTITUTION:The cassette 1 inserted in the direction of an arrow mark A is not pressed against a cassette holder 2 during up to abutting to a presser 5, but according to the insertion in the arrow mark A direction of the cassette 1 further a presser 5 is pushed up in the reverse direction to the arrow mark B direction by the tapered shape of the cassette 1 and the pressing against the cassette 1 is gradually increased. With further insertion of the cassette 1 a constant pressure fitting is obtd. with the contact D of the presser 5 and a guide roller 6 by separating from a stationary guide 7 thereafter. The cassette 1 is thus pressed safely and smoothly at its loading time with a simple structure.
