    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title dispersant capable of preventing flocculation of pigment particles to effect their fine dispersion readily, by addition reaction of a specific amount of ethylene oxide to a mixture of a fat and a polyhydric alcohol. CONSTITUTION:First, a raw material is prepared by mixing 1mole of a fat with 0.1-4 (pref. 0.2-1.5) moles of a polyhydric alcohol such as glycerin. The objective dispersant can be obtained by addition reaction of 7-50 (pref. 10-30) moles, based on 1mole of the total polyhydric alcohol in said raw material, of ethylene oxide to the raw material. The addition reaction is recommended to be carried out in the presence of 0.1-1wt%, based on the total amount of the polyhydric alcohol and the fat, of a catalyst [e.g., an alkali metal (hydroxide)] at 100-200 deg.C and 1-5kg/cm (pressure).

SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 20-50 wt.% of an anionic surfactant, (B) a 6-14C alkyl-containing quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant and (C) 3-40 wt.% of an aminopolycarboxylic acid type organic builder which is a compound of the formula (M is N, Na, K or NH4 ; R is a 1-3C alkyl) having >=6.0 Ca chelate stability constant in the molar ratio of the components B/A of 1/100 to 20/100.

SOLUTION: This detergent composition 0.6-1.2g/mL in bulk density comprises (A) 15-50wt.% of an amine oxide type surfactant of the formula (R1 is a 8-20C alkyl or alkylene; R2 and R3 are each a 1-3C alkyl or alkylene; (n) is 2-10), (B) 5-60wt.% of an aluminosilicate and (C) 5-60wt.% of an alkaline agent of the formula M2 O.x'(SiO2 ).y'H2 O (M is an alkali metal; (x') is 1.5-2.6; (y') is 0-20) such as crystalline silicate. Besides, it is preferable that this composition contain 1-100 pts.wt. of an anionic or nonionic surfactant based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A.

SOLUTION: This high density granular detergent composition has a bulk density of 0.6-1.2g/ml and comprises 2-50wt.% of a nonionic surfactant of the formula [R1 is a 5-21C alkyl or alkenyl; R2 is a 2-4C alkylene; R3 is a 1-4C alkyl; (n) is 5-15], 3-50wt.% of an anionic surfactant, and 0.5-10wt.% of one or more kinds of a polyether compound, its fatty acid ester and its cationized. The polyether compound has a mol.wt. of 1,000-100,000 and is obtained by addition-reacting ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to a compound having five or more active hydrogen atoms so that the total weight of the parts of the polyoxyethylene chains is >=50wt.% based on the whole weight.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an O/W type fuel having a lower viscosity and being very small in the occurrence of coarse particles and thickening phenomena because of long-term stability in a dispersed state by including a super heavy oil, a fine clay mineral having high swelling property, a surfactant and water. CONSTITUTION:This fuel contains (A) a super heavy oil (e.g. petroleum-based asphalts or bitumens), (B) a fine clay mineral having high swelling property (e.g. smectide or vermiculite), (C) a surfactant and (D) water, preferably in amounts of 0.02-1 pt.wt. component B, 0.2-1.5 pts.wt. component C and 25-80 pts.wt. component D based on 100 pts.wt. component A. As the component C, the mixture of an ionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant in a weight ratio of 1/99 to 80/20 is preferably used. Furthermore, a mechanical means such as a line mixer having high shear force with 4000-30000/sec shear rate, is preferably used for producing the fuel.
