Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish detergent for hand washing, which forms a rich lather upon washing and exhibits sustainability of bubbles during washing, meanwhile, enables bubbles to disappear instantaneously upon rinsing and completes the rinsing with a small amount of water.SOLUTION: The dish detergent composition for hand washing includes: (a) 0.1 to 30 mass% of anionic surfactant [excluding (b)] which is an anionic surfactant having 8-21C hydrocarbon group, sulfuric ester salt group or sulfonic acid salt group and has an area elastic modulus E of 10 to 50 mN/m; (b) 0 to 30 mass% of sulfosuccinic acid alkyl ester having 5-18C alkyl group or its salt; and (c) 0 to 20 mass% of 10-18C fatty acid or its salt. Therein, the component (b) and the component (c) are not turned to be 0 mass% at the sme time.

And, alleviating time and nuclear Overhauser effect of the molecules when the system is returned to the equilibrated state by the internal motion of the system are measured, thereby obtaining the state of the interaction of the molecules.
