Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution by supplying an output signal from a detection circuit to a multiplex demodulation circuit after selecting it by means of a switch circuit, and obtaining a sound signal necessary for a speaker and a sound signal recorded by a VTR. CONSTITUTION:Output signals from the detection circuits 32, 42 are supplied to the switch circuit 63, either one of the signals is selected and supplied to the modulation circuit 33, from this circuit 33, sound signals necessary for the speakers 35L, 35R is taken out and supplied to said speakers 35L, 35R via switch circuits 68, 69. Furthermore, output signals from the detection circuits 32, 42 are supplied to a switch circuit 65, and one of them is selected and supplied to a demodulation circuit 43, and thus demodulated signal is supplied to the VTR 50. Also, muting signals are supplied to the circuits 31, 32, 41, 42 from a system controller 70, so that a muting is applied at a time when no signal is being selected by the switch circuits 63, 65.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to control television receivers and video tape recorders of different manufactures with a common commander by providing the main body-side with a function to learn a remote control code. CONSTITUTION:During a time when a leaning switch 16 is kept on, a CPU 2 can write a new remote control code RC 2 and a foregoing remote control code RC 1 sequentially in a nonvolatile memory 5 as making said two codes correspondent to each other, and thus the learning is executed. Since the television receiver is so controlled that it acts in accordance with the content of the foregoing remote control code RC 1 written in correspondence to the new remote control code RC 2, the action of the television receiver can be controlled similarly with a case of remote-controlled inputting using the command of the television receiver. Therefore, in this case, the remote control can be executed by using a command common for video tape recorders of different manufactures that use different remote control codes.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify an operation and to improve the ease of usage by switching plural video signals sequentially with a built-in video deck in the reproduction mode and switching the video signals while skipping the signal from the built-in video deck in case of the non-reproduction mode. CONSTITUTION:In the video signal changeover device where a signal VD1 from a station selection channel, a signal VD2 from a built-in video deck and signals VD3, VD4 from an external video input terminal are switched sequentially to be given to a monitor television set 6, the plural video signals are switched sequentially when the built-in video deck 10 is in the reproduction mode and they are switched while the signal from the builtin video deck 10 is skipped in case of the non-reproduction mode. Since the mode of the built-in videodeck 10 is discriminated in this way and the video deck 10 is not selected except the reproduction mode, the changeover is applied excellently in response to the state of the video deck 10, and simple operation and convenient use are offered.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a power supply switch device which is used to a remote control device of a TV receiver, etc., by using a time constant circuit in place of a leaf switch. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 3 gives ON/OFF control to a power supply switch 6 according to an external control signal RC while a power supply VCC is supplied in an ON state of an operating switch 13. A time constant circuit 33 raises up the AC rectified voltage V0 with a prescribed time constant and supplies it to a control terminal P of the circuit 3. The circuit 3 contains a comparator and permits the output of a control signal to the switch 6 when the level of the voltage applied to the terminal P exceeds a prescribed threshold value. Thus it is possible to prevent a malfunction of the circuit 3 without using an expensive leaf switch in such a case where a power failure occurs in an ON state of the switch 13 and then recovered.

If another day of the week is set again after the blank position is selected once, the inhibition of reservation execution is released; and thus, the release of the inhibition is operated easily.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To display the time and calendar on a picture plane and to confirm visually an unset state of a timepiece by securing a calendar display mode of the relevant month when a data is set to a TV receiver and then an automatic calendar changing mode when no date is set to the TV receiver respectively. CONSTITUTION:A mode switching key 28 and a timer key 29 which turns on and off a reserved timer are connected to a control circuit 20 containing a program timer function using a microcomputer of a TV receiver. A CRT control circuit 25 incorporated to a character generator is actuated by a command of the circuit 20 to supply character signals SR-SB to a CRT5. While the circuit 20 applies the control signals to an electronic tuning circuit 12, video output circuit 4 and a sound control circuit 27. When a date is set by keys 28 and 29, a calendar mode of the corresponding month is set. While an automatic calender changing mode is set when no date is set. Then the time and the calender are displayed on the CRT scope. Thus an unreset state of a timepiece can be confirmed visually and easily.
