An apparatus for crushing reinforced concrete elements and separating the crushed concrete from the reinforcements, the apparatus comprising a crusher for crushing the reinforced concrete elements into crushed concrete and reinforcements, the crusher (3) having at least two jaws (4,5), which jaws define the outlet (7) for discharging the crushed concrete and reinforcements, and being such that the trajectory of the crushed concrete and reinforcements on discharge is at an angle to the vertical, and a chute (13) for receiving the discharged reinforcements, the chute (13) being laterally spaced apart from the outlet (7).

PURPOSE: An apparatus for stabilization the treatment of recycled aggregates is provided to facilitate neutralization by recycling carbonated water additionally occurring when a carbon dioxide passes through a wet dust filter. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for stabilization the treatment of recycled aggregates comprises: a main hopper(11a); a measurement hopper(11b); a steam generator(19) which generates a steam by using water including a neutralization promoter of ph 4-8; a mixer(13) which contacts a carbon dioxide gas, a carbonated water and a neutralization promoter and has a circulation material mixed with the steam generated from the steam generator; a supply conveyor belt(12); a discharge conveyor belt(14); a carbon dioxide gas supply tank(15); a carbon dioxide gas collecting tank(16); a wet dust filter(18) for recycling the carbon dioxide gas; and a heater for heating the carbon dioxide gas.

A crushing device in a crusher includes a bucket-shaped body frame; plural ring members provided in the body frame in such a manner as to form steps at predetermined spaced intervals while diminishing their sizes gradually from the upper position toward the lower position, thereby to form a sieve with gaps as a whole; a teeth plate provided at the bottom portion of the sieve and having recessed teeth and protrusive teeth alternately formed on the inner surface thereof; a crushing shaft provided at a central portion of the body frame; and an inclined screw belt member mounted on the crushing shaft, for crushing pieces of concrete on the teeth plate in combination with the teeth plate.

An apparatus for treating suspended materials is provided to remove the suspended materials, which are contained in washing water generated during a process of producing recycled aggregate, securely and efficiently, thereby recycling the washing water. A supply unit is connected to an inlet(100) of a mixed and washing apparatus. The supply unit is connected to a first water storage unit(101). The first water storage unit is separated from a second water storage unit(102) by a first film(121). The first water storage unit and the second water storage unit communicate with each other by a bottom passage. A third water storage unit is separated from the second water storage unit by a second film(122). In the third water storage unit, suspended materials are floated and sludge is moved through a bottom passage between the second water storage unit and the third water storage unit. The suspended materials in the third water storage unit are not moved to a fourth water storage unit(104). The suspended materials in the third water storage unit are moved to a fifth water storage unit(105) through holes of a fifth film(125). Washing water in the fourth water storage unit is moved through an outlet(140) while the washing water has no suspended materials by a fourth film. The sludge in the fourth water storage unit is discharged through a sludge outlet(130). A net is installed in the fifth water storage unit to filter off the suspended materials.

A method and an apparatus for removing lime from recycled aggregate by using carbonic acid gas are provided to produce natural sand and recycled aggregate that is recycled for the structural purposes by supplying carbonic acid gas together with water or supplying neutralized water to the recycled aggregate while supplying the recycled aggregate, thereby removing lime from the recycled aggregate. An apparatus for removing lime from recycled aggregate by using carbonic acid gas comprises: a carbonic acid gas feeder for feeding the carbonic acid gas by sucking the carbonic acid gas into a carbonic acid gas inlet(21) when carbonic acid gas is generated from a boiler(10) for incinerating waste wood and combustible waste of construction waste; a packed tower(100) into which carbonic acid gas is fed through a pipe connected to the carbonic acid gas feeder to neutralize recycled water with a high alkalinity; a liquid distributor(102) connected to a liquid inlet(101) at an upper side within the packed tower to distribute liquid uniformly; a liquid distributing plate(104) installed under the liquid distributor, and a packing material supporting plate(105) installed under the liquid distributing plate; a water spray for supplying the recycled water that has been neutralized in the packed tower to a water supply pipe(32) and spraying recycled water from an injection port(46) installed at a lower side of the water supply pipe; and a spraying cleaner(40) at which the water spray is installed, and into which lime-removed recycled aggregate is supplied by repeating a process of spraying recycled water onto recycled aggregate that is supplied to a mesh.

An apparatus for treating constructive waste is provided to separate efficiently waste concrete mass containing external particles into pure concrete pieces and external particles. External particles(22) and concrete pieces(24), which are crushed by a crusher(20), are inputted into a cylindrical screen(30). The cylindrical screen has an opened inner space and screw thread-shaped projections formed on an inner surface thereof. A plurality of holes are formed between neighboring projections. The concrete pieces disposed on a valley between projections are discharged through the holes while the cylindrical screen is rotated. The external particles disposed on the valley are moved, and discharged through an opposite opening of the cylindrical screen.

PURPOSE: A main body member brake device of a crusher is provided to extend the service life of a brake device by preventing damage of friction force. CONSTITUTION: A main body member brake device of a crusher comprises as follows. A multistage pad(310) contacting a rotary shaft is installed by laying a support plate(300) to the inner side of a housing. A support member(330) is installed by arranging an O-ring(320) which is firmly installed in the upper main side of the multi-stage pad part. A spacer(350) and a spring(360) are installed on an upper retreated groove(340) of the supporting member and is closely connected with an upper housing. A cover is installed in the upper side by arranging a bearing(190) in the inner side main surface of the top housing.

A production apparatus of recycled aggregate with improved water absorption is provided to produce recycled aggregate with high quality by maintaining water absorption of recycled aggregate produced in the treatment process of construction waste. In an apparatus for producing recycled aggregate with a proper grain size range by collecting construction waste, primarily crushing the collected construction waste through a first crusher(1), primarily screening the primarily crushed construction waste to a proper size through a first vibrating screen(10), secondly crushing the primarily screened construction waste, and secondly screening the secondly crushed construction waste through a second vibrating screen(20), a production apparatus of recycled aggregate with improved water absorption comprises a coating agent spray(40), a stone powder coater(70), and a dryer(100) spaced from one another in a predetermined distance and sequentially disposed on a discharge conveyor(30) in rear of the second vibrating screen to maintain water absorption of the recycled aggregate. Further, the coating agent spray contains a coating agent spray chamber, a plurality of first spray nozzle, a liquid supplying pipe, a liquid storing tank, a first sensor and a controller.

본 발명은 건설폐기물로부터 수집된 폐콘크리트를 기초선별하지 않고 사전 스크린 과정을 거친 후 직선적인 파쇄공정이 아니라 병렬화된 파쇄공정을 통해 공정의 효율성을 증대시키고, 골재의 반복파쇄에 따른 직선 파쇄공정의 품질저하 및 에너지 낭비를 방지할 수 있는 건설폐기물을 이용한 골재 재생방법 및 재생장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 건설폐기물로부터 40㎜ 이하의 입자크기로 분쇄된 폐콘크리트 입자를 제1진동선별기로1차 스크린하여 재생 잔골재의 범위 내에서 선정된 선별 기준값을 기준으로 그 이하와 이를 초과하는 범위로 선별하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계에서 선별된 입자들 중에서 상기 선별 기준값을 초과하는 입자는 각각 미분쇄기로 투입하여 분쇄하는 제2단계와; 상기 제2단계에서 분쇄된 입자를 제2진동선별기로 2차 스크린하여 상기 선별 기준값 또는/ 및 재생 굵은 골재의 범위를 기준으로 선별하는 제3단계와; 상기 제3단계에서 선별되어 상기 선별 기준값을 초과하는 입자는 상기 제1단계로 피드백하며, 상기 선별 기준값 이하의 입자는 상기 제1단계에서 선별된 선별 기준값 이하의 입자와 함께 사이클론 미분포집부로 투입되어 사이클론으로부터 배기되는 공기를 다시 미분포집부의 공급공기로 공급함으로써 재생 잔골재 및 미분으로 선별하는 제4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설폐기물을 이용한 골재 재생방법 및 재생장치를 제공한다.
