Un dispositif de protection pour déchiqueteuse comporte une chambre (4) de 5 déchiquetage. Le dispositif comporte un tambour (6) de protection mobile entre une position haute ou dégagée et une position basse, pour permettre l'introduction de branchages ou organes végétaux lorsque le tambour (6) est en position haute, et pour contraindre en pression les branchages ou organes végétaux vers la chambre (4) de déchiquetage lorsque le tambour (6) est en position basse, en obturant le passage en 10 position basse afin d'empêcher l'entraînement d'un opérateur vers la chambre (4) de déchiquetage.

A powered discharge system for a waste processing machine comprising an infeed system, a powered feed system, and a powered cutting system, wherein the powered discharge system comprises an impeller rotatably mounted to a shaft and is adapted to be rotated via an external power source. A waste processing machine for reducing wood waste comprises a secondary discharge system to increase flow of material and uniformity through the waste processing machine.

A machine for reducing material that includes a cylindrical cutting drum and a side discharge assembly. In one aspect there is disclosed a machine for reducing material that includes a cutting drum and a housing surrounding the cutting drum establishing a volume between itself and the cutting drum for reduced material to be carried where the volume increases along the length of the cutting drum until the volume opens into a side discharge assembly disposed at the end region of the cutting drum.
Abstract:
An apparatus for disintegrating waste matter preferably comprising a holding area for holding waste matter; and a fluid delivery mechanism for applying high pressure fluid to the holding area, wherein the high pressure fluid disintegrates the waste matter and applies a force sufficient to hydromechanically sever the waste matter. The holding area preferably includes a container bin having a bottom surface and an outer wall. Alternatively, the apparatus is a hand held device. An outlet port coupled to the bottom surface, wherein the disintegrated waste material exits the container bin via the outlet port. A fluid source coupled to the fluid delivery mechanism. The fluid delivery mechanism comprises at least one nozzle for applying a stream of highly pressurized fluid to the waste. The nozzle preferably includes a zero degree nozzle tip The fluid delivery mechanism comprises a column or a disk manifold, wherein the nozzle extends therefrom.
