    Abstract: A power tool includes a housing in which a drive unit is arranged, and a tool holder for the detachable holding of a tool insert. The tool insert is configured to be driven percussively and/or rotationally. A sensor unit is configured to detect at least one movement variable, and electronics are configured to control or regulate the power tool. The electronics have a percussion detection unit configured to determine a percussion mode based on at least one movement variable and/or a rotation detection unit configured to determine a rotation of the housing. The electronics control the drive unit based on the determined percussion mode and/or the determined rotation of the housing. The electronics have at least two parameter sets for the percussion detection unit and/or at least two parameter sets for the rotation detection unit.     Abstract: Provided is an electric tool with which work efficiency can be improved. A controller of an electric tool can execute: a first control, whereby during a non-operating state after a motor has started up and before a tip tool is set to be in an operating state, the motor is driven at a slow idling rotation speed, and when the tip tool is set to be in the operating state, the motor is driven at a normal rotation speed which is higher than the slow idling rotation speed; and a second control, whereby in a case where a trigger switch has been turned off in a state where the motor is being driven at the normal rotation speed and the trigger switch is thereafter turned on again under a prescribed condition, the motor is driven at the normal rotation speed regardless of the state of the tip tool.

    Abstract: A control method for a power tool for rotary tools provides the following: A tool holder is rotated continuously in a forward direction about a working axis by a rotary drive when an operating switch is actuated. The continuous rotation in the forward direction is interrupted by a protective process when a protective device senses blocking of the tool holder. During the protective process, one or more cycles are executed, in which the rotary drive is actuated successively in accordance with an unimpeded rotary movement in a reverse direction and in accordance with an unimpeded rotary movement in the forward direction. The rotary drive is supplied with a first amount of energy for the rotary movement in the reverse direction and with a second amount of energy for the rotary movement in the forward direction. The first amount of energy is smaller than the second amount of energy.

    Abstract: The hand-held power tool has a tool holder (2) for holding a tool (4) along a working axis (12). A hammer mechanism (6) has a striker (15) that is moved periodically along the working axis at an impact rate. A drive control (18) of the hammer mechanism (6) sets the impact rate to a set point value. A vibration absorber (19) has an oscillator (21) that moves along the working axis (12) about a resting position and one or multiple springs (20) that drive the oscillator (21) back into the resting position. A calibration phase comprises the following steps: detection of an acceleration using the acceleration sensor (24); determination of a minimum of the acceleration by varying the impact rate in a range of between 90% and 110% of the set point value; and adjusting the set point to the impact rate associated with the ascertained minimum.
