    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method is provided to increase a capacity and a high cost of a tantalum electrolytic capacitor by making a device using a niobium powder. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic capacitor device is fabricated after mixing an aluminum powder of 99.99% and a niobium powder(ST10,ST20). The electrolytic capacitor device is sintered at a temperature of 1000 to 1500 degrees(ST30). The amount of the aluminum powder is 0.1 to 10volume%. A sintering temperature is lowered when a niobium particle is small and is increased when the niobium particle is large.

CONSTITUTION: A winding structure of vertical deflection coils of a deflection yoke includes a ferrite core(10) and a plurality of vertical deflection coils(20). The vertical deflection coils(20) are wound around the ferrite core(10). A bottom face of the ferrite core(10) is formed with a rectangular shape. A plurality of pectinate projections(11) are radially formed to an inner circumference on the bottom face of the ferrite core(10). The vertical deflection coils(20) are supported by the pectinate projections(11). The vertical deflection coils(20) are radially wound to maximize the magnetic permeability.
