Abstract: PURPOSE: An RF tuning circuit of a television tuner is provided to reduce the number of components constructing the television tuner so as to minimize the size of the television tuner. CONSTITUTION: An RF tuning circuit(100) of a television tuner includes an input tuning unit(110) and a tuning unit(120) that respectively form channel select circuits(111,121). The channel select circuit of the input tuning unit is constructed in a manner that a coil(L4) and a condenser(C8) are serially connected to a condenser(C7) and a coil(L3) connected in parallel with each other and a plurality of condensers(C9,C10) and variable capacitance diodes(VD1,VD2) are connected to the condenser connected in parallel with the coil. The channel select circuit of the tuning unit is constructed in such a manner that a coil(L8) is connected in parallel with a condenser(C13), a variable capacitance diode(VD3), a coil(L7) and a condenser(C15) serially connected to a condenser line(C12) and the serially connected coil is connected to a coil(L6) connected in parallel with the condenser line.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A feed-through capacitor of a tuner capable of preventing the feed-through capacitor from moving when connecting a tuner to a main circuit board by projecting a fixing projection to an outer surface of a body of the feed-through capacitor is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a feed-through capacitor of tuner, a cylindrical body(131) is inserted and fixed into a fixing hole of a chassis(120). An inner lead(132) extends from one end of the cylindrical body(131) and is connected to a circuit board. An outer lead(133) extends from other end of the cylindrical body(131) and is inserted and fixed into a main circuit board. A fixing projection(131a) is projected from an outer surface of the cylindrical body(131) into a direction of an outer side an outer surface of a body of the feed-through capacitor. The fixing projection(131a) serves to prevent the feed-through capacitor from moving when fixing projection(131a) is inserted into the main circuit board.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A tuner measuring jig capable of capable of precisely embodying a measuring operation of a tuner by installing a de-emphasis section to a measuring pin which is connected to a terminal pin of a tuner by selecting a desired high frequency signal among a plurality of high frequency signals and providing a n exact measuring information to a measuring device is provided. CONSTITUTION: A tuner measuring jig includes a measuring pin(350) and a de-emphasis section(10). The tuner selects a desired high frequency signal among a plurality of pre-emphasized high frequency signals and outputs an intermediate frequency of a sound signal in order to improve a phenomenon a signal-to-noise ratio becomes bad in a location having a high modulating frequency so that a modulating operation is strongly performed in a high frequency. A de-emphasis section(10) reproduces the intermediate frequency of the sound signal outputted from the measuring pin of the tuner as an original frequency in a state that a modulating operation is strongly performed in a high frequency and exactly provides a measuring information to the measuring device.
