    Abstract: A serial ATA connector 2, adapted to be installed on the housing 21 of a notebook computer instead of being installed on the mother board, includes a housing 21, signal and power panels 212, 213 disposed in the housing, first and second signal terminals 22, 23 mounted on two opposite surfaces 214, 215 of the signal panel 212 that are opposite to each other in a vertical direction, and first and second power terminals 24, 25 respectively mounted on two opposite surfaces 216, 217 of the power panel 213 that are opposite to each other in the vertical direction. The power panel 213 is aligned with the signal panel 212 in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction. The SATA connector permits electrical connection of the mother board to an external hard drive, is relatively compact and has a reduced length as compared to that of a conventional SATA connector.

The speaker has lugs (54) to match the connector holes in the monitor. A lug on the speaker locks through a connector hole (46,48) on the monitor. As soon as the speaker is removed, the deep, connector hole on the rear casing of the monitor stays behind and is concealed.

    Abstract: A keyboard structure of a portable computer, including a keyboard adjusting/retaining device mounted on a main body of the computer and a keyboard device, the keyboard adjusting/supporting device being formed by a support member having two adjacent inclined supporting edges and a bottom edge. The keyboard device is composed of two lateral keyboard divisions. Then assembled, the supporting edges of the keyboard adjusting/supporting device are pivotally connected with the bottom front edges of the lateral keyboard divisions and the bottom edge is pivotally connected with a position near the front edge of the keyboard receptacle division of the main body. When using the computer keyboard to input data, the keyboard adjusting/supporting device is activated to make the lateral keyboard divisions respectively biased and stretched toward two sides and upward inclined forward and outward by a certain angle so as to meet the configuration of human body.
