PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device having a function capable of, even when there is a factor affecting a measurement value and affected by another factor, correcting the measurement value on the basis of the factor by simple processing.SOLUTION: A measuring device includes: a detection section for detecting a signal value based on a measurement object component; an arithmetic operation section for converting the signal value into a measurement value of the measurement object component by an operation equation based on a predetermined calibration curve; and an output section for outputting the measurement value of the measurement object component. The operation equation is one primary expression, and is configured to correct the measurement value of the measurement object component on the basis of a factor (A) affecting the inclination of the calibration curve, a factor (B) (i=1, 2, ..., n: n is a natural number of 1 or more) affecting an intercept of the calibration curve, and a factor (C) affecting (B). Hence, the measuring device eliminates the need for constructing a complicated algorithm, reduces a burden of preparing and debugging a program, and obtains a high-precision measurement value.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that enables a user to easily and quickly view a video from a surveillance camera.SOLUTION: A video providing apparatus 20 provides a video from a surveillance camera in which an object getting a predetermined service has been imaged to a user who uses the predetermined service provided in time units. The video providing apparatus 20 includes an event receiving unit, a user access receiving unit, and a video display control unit. The event receiving unit receives an event representing a service start and an event representing a service end from a service receiving apparatus 40. The user access receiving unit receives an access from the user in response to an event representing the start of the predetermined service. Before the event receiving unit receives the event representing the service end after receiving the event representing the service start, only when the user access receiving unit has received an access from the user, the video display control unit provides the user with the video from the surveillance camera.
