본 명세서는 인삼열매 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 뇌 활성화 조성물을 제공한다. 본 명세서에 따른 조성물은 뇌의 혈류량을 증가하게 하여 만성피로증후군을 개선시키고는 효과를 가진다. 또한 본 명세서에 따른 조성물은 뇌를 활성화 시키고, 그로 인하여 전두엽과 후두엽 사이의 연결 강도를 강화시켜 인지능력 영역에서의 문제 해결 정확도를 향상시키고 해결 시간을 단축시키는 효과를 가진다. 이에 따라 본 명세서의 조성물은 만성피로증후군을 겪고 있는 환자에게 약학 조성물 또는 식품 조성물로 사용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating a cardiovascular disease and, more specifically, to a composition which comprises (+)-syringaresinol for preventing or treating a cardiovascular disease. The composition can inhibit the apoptosis of myocardial cells induced by reactive oxygen by enhancing the expression of SIRT 1, thereby can have an excellent effect for preventing or alleviating the cardiovascular disease.
