Abstract: PURPOSE: An anti-condensation product and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to maintain visible light transmittance more than 80% by forming a thin carbon nanotube layer on a base layer and prevent the condensation phenomenon by applying current. CONSTITUTION: An anti-condensation product(100) comprises: a base layer(110); a primer layer(120) which is formed on the base layer; and a carbon nanotube layer(130) which is formed on the primer layer. The primer layer includes aqueous acrylic emulsion, silane sol, and a mixture of the aqueous acrylic emulsion and the silane sol. The aqueous acrylic emulsion is polyvinyl acrylate, polyphenylene vinylene acrylate, methyl acrylate, ethylene acrylate, cyano acrylate, polyfluorene acrylate, water-soluble urethane acrylate, polystyrene - polymethylmethacrylate, and styrene - butyl acrylate.
