Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of artificial marble with marble patterns is provided to form similar patterns of chips on the surface of the artificial marble without inserting chips. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of artificial marble with marble patterns is as follows. A base composition(10) forming a background of the artificial marble is manufactured. More than one kinds of marble composition(20) are manufactured. The marble composition forms the marble domain of the other color and background field. The base composition is provided to a casting line. The shape of chip is formed by upward spraying marble composition on a cast material using a sprinkler(60). The marble domain having marble pattern is formed by spreading the boundary face between the marble composition and the background field. The mold is cured in an oven(70).

Abstract: A transparent stripe-patterned chip is provided to realize various types of texture and diverse patterns of artificial marble stone, as compared with a simple pattern of the conventional artificial marble stone. A transparent stripe-patterned chip comprises a transparent base portion(a) and a colored stripe pattern portion(b) contained in the transparent base portion. The transparent base portion has a light transmission of at least 80%. The transparent base portion comprises at least one selected from acrylic resins, epoxy resins, urethane resins, unsaturated polyester resins and modified resins thereof. Abstract: 본 발명은 기존에는 적용할 수 없었던 초대형 칩을 제조하는 방법과 이 칩을 적용하여 제조한 인조대리석 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
기존의 화강석 패턴을 구현하기 위한 방법에는 인조대리석용 수지 조성물(컴파운드)에 칩을 혼합하여 제조하는 방법과, 수지 조성물로 마블링 효과를 이용하여 대리석과 같은 효과를 내는 방법이다.
본 발명은 상기 두 가지 방법 중 칩을 혼합하는 방법에서 칩의 크기를 비약적으로 크게 만들어 적용하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 칩의 크기가 커질 경우 기존의 패턴에서 낼 수 없었던 독특한 패턴을 낼 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An artificial marble using supersized chips, which manufactures cylindrical large sized chip and a method of manufacture thereof is provided to form unique patterns by manufacturing large sized chips which has a rounded cross section.
