반도체 소자의 금속 배선의 형성방법이 개시되어 있다. 도전성 패턴이 형성된 기판 상에 절연막을 형성한 후 절연막을 선택적으로 패터닝하여 도전성 패턴을 노출시키는 콘택홀을 형성한다. 이후, 콘택홀이 형성된 절연막 상면에 식각저지막을 형성한 후 식각저지막의 상면 및 콘택홀 내에 균일한 두께를 갖는 도전막을 형성한다. 이어서, 도전막 형성된 기판 상에 콘택홀을 매몰시키는 금속층을 형성한 후 식각저지막 표면이 노출되도록 건식식각하여, 콘택홀 내에 존재하는 금속배선을 형성한다. 상술한 금속 배선 형성 방법으로 형성하고자 하는 반도체 소자의 열적 스트레스를 방지하고, 상기 금속 배선의 리세스를 방지할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to improve display quality by reducing a resistance ingredient of a gate driving line. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel(330) includes a gate line(GL) and a data line(DL) insulated from the gate line and formed to a vertical direction. A source driving part(340) outputs a data driving signal and a gate driving signal so as to drive the LCD panel. A gate driving part(360) is placed on the LCD panel and electrically connected to the gate line. The gate driving signal is applied to the gate driving part through a gate driving line(370) formed on the LCD panel.

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent the distortion of the screen quality by differentiating the waveform of the gate driving signal from the waveform of the data signal. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel, a data driving unit(440), a gate driving unit(450) and a timing controller(500). The liquid crystal display panel displays the image by receiving the image data from outside. The data driving unit outputs the image data to the liquid crystal display panel. The gate driving unit outputs the gate driving signal to the liquid crystal display panel. The timing controller outputs the first control signal to control the output of the gate driving signal and the second control signal to control the output of the image data. And, the timing controller transmits the second control signal through the wire formed on the liquid display panel.

PURPOSE: An ink jet printer having a head gap adjustment unit is provided to automatically adjust the head gap even if a user does not take an additional step for adjusting the head gap. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet printer includes a carriage(130), which is slidably aligned along a guide shaft(150). A plurality of ink cartridges(130) having a print head(111) equipped with a plurality of nozzles are installed on the carriages(130). The carriages(130) are moved by means of a separate driving unit so as to print an image to an object. A paper feeding table(170) is installed at a lower portion of the carriage(130). The papers stacked on the paper feeding table(170) are conveyed by means of a pickup roller(171). The carriage(130) moves in a direction vertical to a conveying direction of the paper.

PURPOSE: A device for checking a connector coupling is provided to compare a preset reference value with an incident signal incoming through an activation pin of a DC power circuit, and to detect a coupled state of an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) board and a connector, then to control a driving of the DC power circuit, thereby preventing driving malfunction of an LCD device. CONSTITUTION: An FPC board(200) supplies an outer signal to a substrate(100) in connection with a connector(110). The FPC board(200) consists of a base film, plural conductive lines formed on the base film, and the first/second checking lines(211,212). The connector(110) comprises a conductive pin for electrically connecting with the conductive lines, the first checking pin(111) for connecting with the first checking line(211), and the second checking pin(112) for connecting with the second checking line(212). The first checking line(211) is connected to the first terminal(310) of a detector(300), and inputs a checking signal outputted from the detector(300). The checking signal is supplied to the first checking pin(211), and is inputted to the second checking pin(112) through a connection line(113).

PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to improve EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference). CONSTITUTION: An LCD includes an LCD panel(400), a power supply(100), a driver(200), and a signal processor(300). The LCD panel displays an image. The power supply provides power required for the LCD panel to display an image to the LCD panel. The driver is connected to the power supply through power lines(51) and ground lines(61) and controls the LCD panel to display an image. The signal processor is connected to the image driver, converts an external video signal into a signal suitable for the LCD panel and provides the converted signal to the driver. The driver includes source drive ICs to which the power lines and ground lines are connected in parallel. The power lines are connected in parallel with the source drive ICs through a power distributors, and the ground lines are connected in parallel with the source drive ICs through a ground distributors.

The apparatus includes a sheet guide (120) to guide and set the printing sheet placed in a plate (111) which forms a printing sheet tray or cassette (100), a slide-fixing part (127, 129) to movably dispose the sheet guide (120) on the plate (111), a locking part (122) to lock the sheet guide (120) to the plate (111) after the sheet is guided and set by the sheet guide (120), and a pivot prevention part (130) having a pair of racks (112, 114) formed parallel to each other on the plate (111), and a pair of pinions (135, 137) rotatably disposed in the sheet guide (120) to engage the respective ones of racks (135, 137). The pivot prevention part (130) disperses a force imparted to the sheet guide (120), thereby enabling the sheet guide (120) to move parallel with an edge of the sheet.
