Abstract: A ventilator is provided to raise heat exchange efficiency by uniformly distributing air that passes through a heat exchange element. A ventilator comprises a case(10), a heat exchange element(30) and a guide member(50). The case has an intake port for receiving indoor air or outdoor air. The heat exchange element is installed in the case such that the indoor air is heat-exchanged with the outdoor air. The guide member is installed in an air intake path, which is formed between the intake port and the heat exchange element, in order to distribute air introduced into the case through the intake port such that the air is guided toward the heat exchange element. The guide member includes a guide surface(51) for guiding air and at least one guide blade(52a) for guiding a part of air toward the heat exchange element.
