Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for improving the sensing accuracy of distributed spectrums in a cognitive radio system is provided to rapidly eliminate influence caused by an attack by excluding a sensing node having high attack capability from a fusion process in a following sensing step. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensing values is inputted according to the sequence of reputation values of the plurality of sensing values. A final result value is calculated by applying a weighted value to the plurality of sensing values(S100). The reputation values of the plurality of sensing values are controlled according to the final result value. A trend value is calculated for the reputation values of the plurality of sensing values(S200). The abnormality of the plurality of sensing values is determined based on the trend value. A corresponding sensing node showing abnormal symptom is excluded from fusion(S300), IDs of the plurality of sensing nodes are arranged in a descending order based on the reputation values of the plurality of sensing values(S400).

A system for tracking location of person having signal transmitter includes at least one receiver for receiving unique ID signal transmitted by signal transmitter that transmits ID signal uniquely determined for respective mobile signal transmitter at at least one predetermined period. The receiver receives unique ID signal near circumference of the person having signal transmitter spaced apart from the receiver by given distance, and stores the received unique ID signal in ID store unit. The receiver, when search request for specific ID is received from external server, searches for the requested ID in ID store unit and transmits transmission information including ID corresponding to requested ID to external server. The person, such as abducted person, has only small signal transmitter, and thus the current location of the abducted person and path along which the abducted person moved can be tracked using the signal continually transmitted by the signal transmitter.

PURPOSE: A frequency allocating method and wireless connection method in a femtocell within a mobile communication network including LTE(Long Term Evolution) are provided to increase the performance of a macro cell user through handover from macrocell to femtocell eNB(envolved Node B). CONSTITUTION: A plurality of femtocell base station areas(210,220) is included within a marcocell eNB area(200). The macro cell base station area is divided into two or more small areas. The frequency is allocated to the macrocell in a small range to the femtocell.

A system and a method for polling in an Ethernet passive optical network are provided to increase the available rate of a traffic channel by minimizing an upper channel idle section caused by a rapid allocation of bandwidth and a pause interleave polling method. A polling system in an Ethernet passive optical network includes plural ONUs(Optical Network units)(200,300) and an OLT(Optical Line Terminal)(100). The plural ONU transmits a traffic by sharing an optical channel of the Ethernet passive optical network. The OLT collects the routing information about the ONUs by identifying plural ONUs. The OLT classifies the plural ONUs into at least two groups based on the routing information, and executes the allocation of the bandwidth and the formation of polling cycle for each group.

A method and a system for controlling packet transmission based on a transmission control protocol are provided to perform packet transmission adaptively by classifying the network state into the segmented state and differently applying the algorithm transmitting a packet according to the classified network state. A transmission terminal confirms whether retransmission timeout or 3 repetition responses occur when transmitting the packet. The transmission terminal classifies the network state into the congestion state and the bit error state based on the reciprocating time. The transmission terminal performs the first packet transmission control in the retransmission time out generation and congestion state. The transmission terminal performs the second packet transmission control in the 3 repetition response generation and congestion state. The transmission terminal performs the third packet transmission control in the retransmission time out generation and bit error state. The transmission terminal performs the fourth packet transmission control in the 3 repetition response generation and bit error state.
