Abstract: The present invention relates to a robot system for dental implantation. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the robot system for dental implantation comprises: a driving arm composed of links; a manipulator connected to the driving arm; an implantation operation robot which is mounted on the manipulator and contains a hand piece having a drill tip for drilling a hole for implantation; a position detection part which detects video data for the affected area for implantation and the position of the hand piece; and a control part which controls the implantation operation robot for drilling the holes at the affected area for the implantation by the drill tip of the hand piece after overlapping the coordinates provided by the video data from the position detection part and pre-determined affected area of the implantation for a patient. According to one embodiment of the present invention, video data about the implantation operation area and the position of the hand piece are detected in real-time by a stereo camera, and CT video data for implantation area and video data are matched based on coordinates to control the position of the hand piece so that a user can drill a hole for implantation with preferred width and angle.
