Abstract: Dielectric ceramic composition for high-frequency wave is described which has high quality coefficient(Q value) and dielectric constant, and good temperature coefficient of resonance frequency. The dielectric ceramic composition may be represented as following formula: (1-y)SrTiO3-yLa(Zn1-x/2Mgx/2Ti1/2)O3, where, x is from 0 to0.99 and y is from 0.4 to 0.9. The dielectric composition accordingto the invention has dielectric constant of 28.2 to 60.3, Qxfo(GHz) of25,050 to 71,000, and the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency(TCF) ranging from -55.5 to +83.68 ppm/deg. C, which TCF beingable to be controlled at a range of +-10ppm/deg. C depending on amountof addition of impurities, so that the ceramic composition mayeffectively be used in telecommunication system.

Abstract: The dielectric material comprises (Zr, Sn)TiO4 system, more particularly including 0.3-1.0 wt.% B2O3 as curing agent, and 0.75-3.0 wt.% NiO and 0.1-1.0 wt.% Nd2O3. Abstract: The sintered ferrite at a low temperature is prepared by mixing and heat-treating Bi2O3 and other oxides to calcined ferrite powder; and adding a liquid forming agent to form a stable phase. Bi2O3 of the liquid forming aid agent and other oxides are mixed to give a composition such that the liquid phase temperature in the phase diagram is in the range of 750 to 850 deg.C. The ferrite can be used for a noise filter and inductor.
