Abstract: 본발명의목적은저장소로의주입단계에서버려지는이산화탄소의저온에너지를브라인과열교환시킴으로써회수하고이를이산화탄소의액화에재이용함으로써액화비용을절감하는, CCS 체인에서의브라인을이용한액화비용절감방법을제공함에있다. 본발명의 CCS 체인에서의브라인을이용한액화비용절감방법은, 냉각시스템을이용하여이산화탄소를냉각하여액화하는냉각소, 해양또는지중에설비되어이산화탄소를저장하는저장소, 상기냉각소로부터액화된이산화탄소를공급받아상기저장소로운반하여주입하는선박을포함하여이루어지는 CCS 체인에서, 브라인을이용한액화비용절감방법에있어서, a) 이산화탄소캐리어및 브라인(Brine) 캐리어가구비된선박에의하여, 냉각소로부터극저온으로액화된이산화탄소및 상온의브라인이상기저장소까지운반되는단계; b) 상기선박에서, 극저온으로액화된이산화탄소및 상온의브라인이열교환하여, 액화된이산화탄소가기화되고상온의브라인이극저온이되는단계; c) 상기선박의이산화탄소캐리어로부터상기 b) 단계에서기화된이산화탄소가주입관을통해상기저장소로주입되는단계; d) 상기선박에의하여, 상기 b) 단계에서극저온이된 브라인이상기냉각소까지운반되는단계; e) 상기냉각소의상기냉각시스템에이산화탄소가유입되기전에상기 d) 단계에서운반되어온 극저온의브라인과이산화탄소가열교환하여이산화탄소가일차적으로냉각되는단계; f) 상기냉각소의상기냉각시스템에의하여, 상기 e) 단계에서일차냉각된이산화탄소가냉각및 액화되는단계; 를포함하여이루어지며, 상기 a) 내지 f) 단계가순차적으로반복수행되는것을특징으로한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A tank supporting system is provided to prevent a tank from being moved or rotated when external force is applied because support blocks for supporting a tank are positioned and slid on sliding lines passing through a first fixed point and a second fixed point. CONSTITUTION: A tank supporting system comprises lower support blocks(100). The lower support blocks support a tank and are located at multiple points of multiple first sliding lines passing through an arbitrary first fixed point positioned at the bottom of the tank. Each lower support block comprises a bottom fixing block(110) and a floor fixing block(120). The bottom fixing block is contacted at the bottom of the tank. The floor fixing block is coupled to the bottom fixing block and is placed on a floor. Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for ejecting boil-off gas are provided to improve the efficiency of recycled boil-off gas because the adsorption and desorption of the boil-off gas are effectively performed by having a jetting part, an adsorption and desorption device, a desorption part, a desorption heating part, and a cooling part. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for ejecting boil-off gas comprises a first transferring pipe(4), a jetting part(100), a second transferring pipe(9), an adsorption and desorption device(10), and a third transferring pipe(14). The first transferring pipe is connected between a LNG storage part(1) and a LNG tank(2) of a ship. Boil-off gas generated in the LNG tank of the ship is transferred to the LNG storage part through the first transferring pipe. The jetting part comprises a transferring pipe(6), a jetting pump(7), and a jetting device(8). The transferring pipe is bypassed to the LNG storage part to transfer LNG in the LNG storage part. The jetting pump is arranged on the transferring pipe. The jetting device is installed in the end of the transferring pipe to jet the LNG. The second transferring pipe is connected to the LNG storage part to transfer the boil-off gas of which temperature is controlled. The adsorption and desorption device is connected to the end of the second transferring pipe and selectively adsorbs and desorbs the boil-off gas. The third transferring pipe transfers the boil-off gas desorbed in the adsorption and desorption device.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A high pressure liquid cargo emergency release system which effectively can emit the high pressure liquefied material to back-up cargo stores is provided to perform the emergency emission of the high pressure liquid cargo by using piston liquid. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure liquid cargo emergency release system comprises a piston flow reservoir(400), back-up cargo stores(300), an orifice part(500), and a breaker(600). A piston fluid reservoir is connected to the cargo stores through a main piston fluid pipe. The piston fluid is supplied to the cargo stores with a piston fluid valve. The high pressure liquefied material, accepted in the cargo stores, passes through an exhaust pipe(110) to be saved in the back-up cargo stores. The orifice part is installed in the exhaust pipe connected between the depressurization valve and the back-up cargo stores. The breaker closes the exhaust pipe between the back-up cargo stores and the orifice part. An anti-freezing solution is filled in a depressurization valve and the orifice part.
