본발명은카메라추적제어권자동전환시스템및 이의카메라추적제어권자동전환방법에관한것으로, 추적대상객체정보를모든 IP 카메라들이서로공유하고, 각 IP 카메라로부터보고된추적대상객체의위치들을서로비교하여이들중에서 IP 카메라촬영중심위치에최근접한위치를보고한 IP 카메라를선정하여추적제어권을부여함으로써카메라촬영영역의중첩여부에무관하게추적대상객체를추적할수 있도록한 것이다.

Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for providing a three-dimensional (3D) image using a mobile broadcast network and a wireless communication network. The method of the present invention includes encoding a left image of a 3D image to the general definition; encoding a right image of the 3D image to the general definition or the high definition; determining quality of the image to be transmitted through a communication network based on the network status information; and transmitting the left image through a broadcast network and transmitting the right image with the determined quality through the communication network.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for distributing a group key based on public-keys are provided to use group key and public key values for safely classifying the group key by the join-in and withdrawal request of a user. CONSTITUTION: A group key distribution unit (410) distributes a group key being used in a group, or a new group key. A public key/secret key generation unit (420) generates a server public key and a server secret key before the distribution of the group key. A group key generation unit (430) outputs the group key being used in the group to the group key distribution unit, and generates the new group key to be distributed to other users and outputs to the group key distribution unit. A group management unit (440) joins a new user to a join-in request group, and withdraws a withdrawal user from the relative group. CONSTITUTION: A basic layer processing unit(101) generates a basic layer transport stream. An additional layer processing unit(102) generates additional layer transport stream. A system synchronization unit(103) inserts program clock reference information to the basic transport stream based on one system time clock. The system synchronization unit inserts the original PCR information to the additional layer transport stream.
