In an energy saving evaluation based on a simulation, a device and a method for evaluating energy saving based on a simulation according to the present invention can efficiently manage energy of a building by collecting a usage state of the building and a usage state of heat source equipment in real time, diagnosing whether there is an energy waste element, deriving optimal energy saving measures, calculating an energy saving amount saved according to the energy saving measures, and displaying the calculated energy saving amount along with existing energy usage monitoring results.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for managing building energy information based on spatial information to remotely control building energy. The disclosed apparatus for managing building energy information includes: an object search tree service unit which reads an object name and layer/zone information from an object configuration information database including the characteristics and layer/zone information of an energy object and provides a user with the read information in the form of a tree; a space-based object visualization service unit which reads, from a space object placement configuration database, information on space for a selected object and object information to perform a visualization function on a screen, and displays a recent state value of the object from an energy object collection database together with the object on the visualization screen; and an object information reference/analysis/statistics service unit which receives an object information output request message from the object search tree service unit, provides a service suited for each request, brings cumulative data on state values of the object from the energy object collection database, processes the cumulative data, and sends the processed cumulative data to the user in the form of a graph and figures. Therefore, a database can be built by linking information on an energy object such as equipment, a sensor, and a metering device with spatial information of a building where each object is arranged, and a user can manage the spatial information and the object information together to search an energy object to be controlled and grasp state values thereof, intuitively, thereby analyzing energy use efficiently and establishing energy-saving measures therethrough.

Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for correcting the errors of metering data. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes the steps of: detecting at least one unloaded data or singular data included in an energy profile by analyzing the energy profile and a customer profile; loading metering data corrected according to the type of metering data corresponding to the unloaded data in the energy profile; and correcting the singular data on the basis of the range of the loaded data included in the energy profile, and loading the corrected singular data in the energy profile. By the present invention, the method can improve further the reliability of the metering data. A device for supporting remote control of a home device by considering portability of a terminal and a home gateway equipped with the same are provided to enable the terminal to control the home device in a different home network domain by using the same way as a home network domain of the terminal. A server module(20) transfers a control command of the user terminal to the home device placed in the original network by communicating with the agent module.
