Therefore, a database can be built by linking information on an energy object such as equipment, a sensor, and a metering device with spatial information of a building where each object is arranged, and a user can manage the spatial information and the object information together to search an energy object to be controlled and grasp state values thereof, intuitively, thereby analyzing energy use efficiently and establishing energy-saving measures therethrough.
