PURPOSE: A transmission method of the neighboring base station system information is provided to obtain system information of a neighboring station filled with corresponding segment based on system information of a corresponding reference base station. CONSTITUTION: A priority base station select a reference base station for writing a message about system information of a neighboring base station(S100). The base station configures a broadcasting message(S110). The broadcasting message includes only a system parameter using a different value with a reference base station of corresponding segments as a system information of neighboring base station. The base station broadcasts the configured neighbor base station broadcasting message(S120).

PURPOSE: A data transmission method of a multicast broadcast service in a mobile wireless connection system is provided to supply a MBS service through information related to MBS irrelevant to a connection state, an idle state of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives MBS(Multicast Broadcast Service) data in a mobile wireless connection system. A MBS related information of one neighboring base station is received from a serving base station(S210). Handover is performed by a target baste station selected among the neighboring base station from a serving base station(S220). Whether the MBS related information of the serving base station and the MBS related information of the target base station are the same or not is determined(S230). MBS data is received by using MBS related information of the updated terminal. MBS related information of a received neighboring base station includes one between information necessary for an update and all MBS related information of the target base station.

PURPOSE: A transmission method is provided to efficiently use wireless resources when broadcast information is transmitted by efficiently managing carrier waves in a multiple carrier wave system. CONSTITUTION: A base station constitutes a super frame in order to operate a multiple carrier wave. The base station determines at least one carrier wave as a main carrier wave among a plurality of candidate carrier waves(S100). The candidate carrier wave is a carrier wave to be used as the main carrier wave. The main carrier wave is used to transmit a control message and data between a terminal and a base station. The base station transmits broadcast information through the main carrier wave(S110).

PURPOSE: A method for supporting a low duty operation mode in a femto cell system is provided to efficiently transmit AI(Availability Interval) information transmitted to a terminal. CONSTITUTION: Base station 1(210) transmits the first pattern information which is a sequence of a major AI. One or more major AIs are intervals where a femto base station is activated. Base station 2(220) transmits the second pattern information as a sequence of at least one secondary AI. The femto base station operates based on a basis pattern which is a sequence including at least one AI or at least one secondary AI.

A random access method is provided to prevent the HARQ acknowledgement channel collision generated because a base station does not distinguish a terminal using the same preamble when the terminal performs the random access procedure to the base station. A base station transmits a response message to a downlink control information and preamble to a mobile station(S102,S103). The mobile station transmits an access request message to the base station(S104). The base station transmits an HARQ acknowledgement message to the mobile station(S105), and then assigns an acknowledgement channel to the mobile station(106). The base station transmits the downlink control information and a connection establishment message to the mobile station(S107,S108). The mobile station transmits the HARQ acknowledgement message to the base station through the acknowledgement channel(S109).

A transmission method and a receiving method of control information capable of transmitting control information by using a control channel block while minimizing the consumption of the control channel block are provided to transmit the control information necessary between media access control layers of the mobile terminal and a base station in a packet based mobile communications system and to reduce consumption of the control channel block. A control channel block(CB) including control information for controlling a terminal and identifying information for classifying the control information transmitted to the terminal is configured. The comprised control channel block is coded by a channel and transmitted. The control channel block includes error correction code information. The terminal decodes the control channel block.

A method for control information transmission to downlink in a packet-based cellular system and a method for receiving the control information are provided to enable a BS(Base Station) to configure efficiently uplink control information to be transmitted to a terminal and transmit the uplink control information to the terminal while sharing the minimum radio resource, thereby maximizing the use of limited radio resource. A method for transmitting downlink data generation indication information(20) comprises the following steps of: generating the downlink data generation indication information; recording radio resource allocation information(13) within downlink scheduling information(12) in order to transmit the downlink data generation indication information and allocating information for the downlink data generation indication information to downlink-shared radio resource(25-1,25-2); and transmitting the downlink scheduling information and the information for the downlink data generation indication information according to a transmission period.
