본 발명은 이중 대역 전력 증폭기에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 전계 효과 트랜지스터의 출력단에 인터디지털 캐패시터를 이용한 전송 선로를 두어 이중 대역의 중심 주파수에 해당하는 고조파 성분을 조절하는 이중 대역 전력 증폭기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 이중 대역 전력 증폭기는, 제 1 중심 주파수를 출력하는 제 1 정합 회로; 제 2 중심 주파수를 출력하는 제 2 정합 회로; 상기 제 1 정합 회로와 제 2 정합 회로를 정합하여 초기 정합 값을 생성하는 전계 효과 트랜지스터; 및 상기 전계 효과 트랜지스터의 출력단에 직렬로 연결되어, 상기 초기 정합 값을 이동시키는 인터디지털 전송 선로를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A method for communicating between a terminal and a base station based on interference alignment in a multi cell multi user multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antenna interference channel environment and a communication method using interference alignment and block successive interference pre-cancellation in a multi user MIMO interference channel are provided to perform communication by aligning interference in order to maximize signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR) and signal to leakage and noise ratio (SLNR) in the multi cell multi user MIMO antenna interference channel. CONSTITUTION: A channel matrix between antennas installed in a terminal and antennas installed in a first base station (111) and a channel matrix between the antennas installed in the terminal and antennas installed in a second base station (121) are recognized. A channel matrix between antenna installed in at least one other terminal in a first cell and antennas installed in the first base station and a channel matrix between the antennas installed in the at least one other terminal and antennas installed in the second base station are recognized. 마이크로파 대역의 입사파에 대해 동작 가능한 전파렌즈 및 이의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 전파렌즈는 금속 패턴이 각각 형성된 플렉시블한 다수의 유전체 기판들이 반원통형으로 각각 굽어지고 동심축을 갖도록 반지름 방향으로 적층되며, 금속 패턴 간의 간격과 유전체 기판들 간의 간격이 입사파의 파장보다 작게 설정되며, 반지름 방향의 유효 유전율과 접선 방향의 유효 유전율이 서로 반대 부호가 되도록 금속 패턴의 유전율 및 유전체 기판의 유전율이 설정된 구성을 갖는다.

A first inter digital line(502) is connected to an input port(501) in serial. A second inter digital line(506) is connected to an output port(509) in serial. A connection line(504) connects the first inter digital line and the second inter digital line.

PURPOSE: A dual polarization antenna and a method for transmitting and receiving signals using the same are provided to improve the quality of a communication service and increase a communication capacity by controlling dual polarization which is adopted to the change of real time or long term wireless communication network environment and providing the polarization characteristics of an antenna by a sector group. CONSTITUTION: A signal distribution unit generates an independent signal by distributing a plurality of input signals. A channel input unit respectively inputs the independent signal to a corresponding channel. A multichannel unit includes a plurality of channels in which the independent signal is inputted. A dual polarization antenna unit generates and transmits dual polarization. PURPOSE: An image reconfiguring device for photographing an electromagnetic wave transverse section and a method thereof are provided to shorten image reconfiguring time by quick calculation. CONSTITUTION: An image reconfiguring unit(130) updates a parameter using a matching system matrix of a base function. The image reconfiguring unit generates an image reconfiguring value. The matching system matrix has a sinc-Gauss shape which is allocated to each node of a reconfiguration mesh net. An optimization determining unit(140) outputs the image reconfiguring value by determining whether the parameter is optimized. The optimization determining unit makes the image reconfiguring unit to repeat calculation.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for implementing a wideband balun using a pure left-handed transmission line are provided to be used in a broad band by overcoming the limit of a design or narrow band of a balun. CONSTITUTION: A Wilkins distributor is connected to an input terminal and distributes the input terminal to a micro strip line transmission line and a transmission line following a pure left-handed law. A first output terminal performs a matching operation by using a transformer with a preset value and the transmission line following the pure left-handed principle distributed from the Wilkins distributor. A second output terminal performs a matching operation by using the micro strip line transmission line distributed from the Wilkins distributor and the transmission line with the preset value.

PURPOSE: A low phase noise voltage-controlled oscillator using high-quality factor meta-material transmission line is provided to miniaturize a circuit by improving phase noise characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A ground side is etched to an engraved helix resonance structure. A signal side etches the transmission line of a inter-digital format. The helix resonance structure which is etched on the ground side connects two unit cells of a helix shape in parallel with each other.
