    Abstract: PURPOSE: A mixture for transparent coating with low refractive index and anti-fouling property and a composition including the same are provided to individually use as thermal curing agent or UV curable transparent coating agent. CONSTITUTION: A mixture comprises one of perfluorinated polyether modified compounds represented by chemical formula 1-4 and more than one or two kinds among hydrocarbon based polyfunctional acrylate represented by chemical formula 5-8.     Abstract: A composite hollow fiber membrane which is excellent in permeability and selectivity relative to gas- and vapor-phased organic compounds and has an improved membrane area per unit volume at the same time is provided. A composite hollow fiber membrane for separating gas- and vapor-phased organic compounds comprises a polymer coating layer formed by coating a polymer solution comprising 10 to 30 wt.% of a siloxane-based polymer in which a double bond of a vinyl group-substituted polysiloxane polymer is crosslinked with a silane group of a polyhydrosiloxane polymer by hydrosilylation reaction on a surface of a hollow fiber microporous support with a pore size ranging from 3 to 30 nanometers and a permeability ranging from 5000 to 10000 GPUs(Gas Permeation Units). The polymer coating layer has a thickness of 2 to 10 mum. The siloxane-based polymer is obtained by crosslinking 80 to 90 wt.% of the vinyl group-substituted polysiloxane polymer with 10 to 20 wt.% of the polyhydrosiloxane polymer.
