    Abstract: A method for manufacturing an hexafluoride propylene oxide oligomer from the hexafluoride propylene gas in containing perfluorocarbon is provided to improve the yield of the hexafluoride propylene oxide oligomer with concentrating and separating perfluorocarbon simultaneously. A method for manufacturing an hexafluoride propylene oxide (HFPO) oligomer from the hexafluoride propylene gas in containing perfluorocarbon comprises the steps of distilling a pyrolysis gas comprising 50 ~ 90 volume % of ethylene tetrafluoride (TFE), 5 ~ 45 volume % of hexafluoride propylene (HFP) and 1 ~ 5 volume % of perfluorocarbon (PFC) to separate it into the TFE of the upper part of a distillation tower and the mixture gas of HFP and PFC of the lower part; mixing the mixture gas separated from the lower part, an oxidant aqueous solution, a phase transfer catalyst, a nonionic surfactant and an organic solvent, and ultrasonic wave emulsifying and oxidizing it to separate an oxidant aqueous layer and an organic layer comprising PFC, HFPO and HFP; and distilling the organic layer to remove the organic solvent, and polymerizing it to separate it into gaseous PFC and HFP and liquid HFPO oligomer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An antifouling hard coating composition is provided to secure the abrasion resistance and the lubricity of the composition, and to economically supply a hard coating layer. CONSTITUTION: An antifouling hard coating composition includes a per fluorinated polyether modified compound having a structure marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, n is an integer of 5~30. R1 is an alkylene group with 2~3 carbons. R2 is either an alkyl group with 1~6 carbons, or a phenyl group. The antifouling hard coating composition contains the per fluorinated polyether modified compound and an acrylic monomer in a weight ratio of 0.5~10.0:99.5~90.0.
