Abstract:
The invention relates to an accessory (1) that is adaptable to an electric airflow hairdressing appliance (100) and comprises: a hollow sleeve (10, 20) having a longitudinal axis (L) that can be mounted on the hairdressing appliance (100), said sleeve comprising a set of silk bristles (11, 11', 11") and a set of through-openings (12) for the circulation of the airflow. Said sleeve (10) has a symmetrical outer surface according to at least the first plane (P1) containing the longitudinal axis (L) and a second plane (P2) containing the longitudinal axis (L) and orthogonal to the first plane (P1), and the cross-section of the outer surface (Sext) of the sleeve (10) according to a plane orthogonal to the longitudinal axis (L) defines a closed curve having a small axis (r) contained in the first plane (P1) and a large axis (R) contained in the second plane (P2), the ratio of the large axis divided by the small axis (R/r) being higher than or equal to 1.1. The accessory is characterised in that the set of silk bristles (11, 11', 11") comprises at least two straight rows (11) of silk bristles parallel to the longitudinal axis (L), each row being arranged on the line defined by the two ends of the large axis (R).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of evaluating the noise emitted by a hairdryer of longitudinal axis Δ with a forward outlet, method comprising the following steps: implementation of a dummy human head (T) with two microphones, one placed at the level of the left ear and the other at the level of the right ear of the dummy head on each side of the sagittal plane S, of symmetry of the head, placement of the hairdryer while operating on a rear side of the head with the outlet oriented towards the head (T) and situated a distance (D) from the head lying between 5 cm and 20 cm, the longitudinal axis (Δ) of the hairdryer being included in a vertical plane (V) making an angle a of between 30° and 50° with the sagittal plane S, of symmetry of the head T, and positioning of the longitudinal axis (Δ) of the hairdryer in a horizontal plane (H) passing through the microphones, then measurement of the left and right acoustic pressure by the microphones and calculation of the mean dB1 of these two measurements, positioning of the longitudinal axis (Δ) of the hairdryer with the outlet oriented downwards, in an inclined plane (P) making with the horizontal plane an angle (β) of between 30° and 50°, then measurement of the left and right acoustic pressure by the microphones and calculation of the mean dB2 of these two measurements.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a depilatory apparatus comprising a housing (1), an electric motor (2) powering a depilatory head including plucking members, each plucking member comprising at least a mobile blade (11) actuated by mechanical means to close and open the plucking members. Said mechanical means comprise at least a flange (40) of the first control means (400), acting as a cam on the second means actuating the mobile part of the depilatory head along a direction substantially parallel to the flanges. The surface of the cams is perpendicular to the flanges (40, 41) and the second actuating means include a crank assembly (15) transforming the displacement parallel to the flanges into a movement of the lips of the mobile blades (11) substantially perpendicular to the flanges.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a depilatory appliance comprising a housing (7) containing an electric motor driving a rotary system (1) with hair-pinching devices and means for actuating a cyclic closing/opening movement of at least a hair-pinching device (2, 3) for pulling out skin hairs, said appliance comprising at least a mobile element (12) arranged proximate to the depilatory head designed to be urged in close contact with the skin. More particularly, the invention is characterised in that said element (12) provides a massage by moving in the skin plane while the hairs are being removed.
Abstract:
The invention concerns an appliance for removing body hair comprising a roller (5) mounted rotatable in a housing (1) designed to be hand-held, said roller comprising at least two tweezers (5a, 5b) designed to squeeze and pull out hairs, the roller being adapted to be driven in rotation by an electric motor (8) via a transmission system (12). More particularly, the invention is characterised in that the assembly formed by the roller, the transmission system and the motor is divided into two parts, each part being integral with a support (11a, 11b) mounted floating relative to the housing and being driven in vibration at a predetermined frequency, the vibration frequency of one of the parts being in one hundred and eighty degree phase shift relative to the other part.
Abstract:
The invention concerns an accessory for a depilatory appliance comprising a housing (21) containing an electric motor driving actuating means in a cyclic movement for closing/opening at least a squeezing device (24, 24') designed to pull out hairs from the skin, said accessory comprising means to be fixed to said housing, and at least a mobile part (4) designed to be urged into contact with the skin during use, as said mobile part of the accessory produces skin-planing by being actuated by driving means capable of actuating simultaneously the squeezing device(s) (24, 24').
Abstract:
A depilatory strip (1) comprising a support (3) which is coated with a depilatory wax composition (2) which is applied to the skin in a melted form. According to the invention, the support is more specifically made from an electrically resistant material with at least two areas (4) which can be placed in contact with an electric current supply.
