    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of a refrigerating cycle by providing a valve, in a compressor body, which is driven by a negative pressure in a low pressure chamber, and opening or shutting the flow passage connecting a condenser to an evaporator by means of this valve, so as to prevent the inflow of cooling medium into the evaporator during the stoppage of the compressor. CONSTITUTION:In a compressor body, a high-pressure valve 76 which is caused to open by a negative pressure in a low-pressure side port 75 communicating with a low-pressure chamber is provided. On the stopper part 100 of this high- pressure valve 76, an inlet port 71 of a piping 70 communicating with a condenser and an outlet port 73 of a piping 72 communicating with an evaporator are open, and it is so constituted that the communication between both ports 71, 73 is interrupted by the high-pressure valve 76 when the pressure in the low-pressure side port 75 rises. When the compressor is stopped, discharge gases flow into the low-pressure side port 75 via the low-pressure chamber, and the high-pressure valve 76 is brought into contact with the stopper part 100 by means of a spring 77 to prevent the inflow of cooling medium inside the condenser into the evaporator.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To rapidly form a required differential pressure between a high and low pressure side for a valve and ensure its opening force, by constituting the high pressure valve so as to simultaneously close a high pressure side inlet and outlet port and preventing an inflow of gas in an enclosed vessel to a low pressure side port when a compressor is started. CONSTITUTION:A disc-shaped valve 55 integrally provides a high pressure valve part 55a, having a size able to simultaneously close a high pressure side outlet port 53 and inlet port 54, with a low pressure valve part 55b in an opposite side, and the valve 55, being slidably housed in a casing 51, is continually urged to the high pressure side ports 53, 54 by a bias spring 56. By such constitution, a compressor, closing at the time of its starting the high pressure side inlet port 54 by the high pressure valve part 55a, causes a factor disturbing a pressure drop in a low pressure side port 52 to be generated by a quantity of gas due to leakage in the high pressure side inlet port 54 and the high pressure valve part 55a, performing a very rapid pressure drop as compared with those always communicating with an enclosed vessel 1. In this way, the compressor, rapidly forming a required differential pressure between a high and a low pressure side operating the valve 55, enables its opening force to be ensured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive to miniaturize and to lighten the titled cooler by a constitution wherein the air past through a dehumidifying unit is blasted to the latent heat unit utilizing the condensate of the dehumidifying unit. CONSTITUTION:The condensate condensed at an evaporator 17 flows from a water catch plate 21 through holes 24a and 24b so as to percolate through evaporating clothes 23a and 23b. On the other hand, the air sucked from a suction port 26 is dehumidifed at a dehumidifying unit 16. The resultant dry air is blown upon the evaporating clothes 23a and 23b, through which the water of a latent heat unit 20 percolates, by means of a fan 25 so as to be cooled by being extracted the heat of vaporization with the water in order to be blown-off into a room from a blow-off port 27. In the constitution as described above, driving rolls and a motor become unnecessary, resulting in contriving to miniaturize and lighten the titled cooler.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To avoid decreasing the inner diameter of a port part in time of machining a seat surface by means of pressure working of a valve, by machining a work valve seat surface for the seat surface. CONSTITUTION:A port part 2 and a leading port part 4 provided with a fanwise taper part 5 formed in part ranging from this port part 2 to a chamfering part 3 both are formed in a valve seat 1. When seat surfase machining is carried out on the valve seat 1 by means of pressure working for the chamfering part 3 of a ball valve 6, the chamfering part 3 goes along a surface profile of the ball valve 6, thus the valve seat is made up. At this time, pressure force of the ball valve 6 and a taper degree or diametral selection are performed so as to cause the leading port part 4 and the port part 2 to become an almost uniform diameter.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To aim at enhancing the working ability of brazing, by providing an extension to a high pressure casing, which extension has a common opening at its one end and has two respective through-openings for a control conduit and a suction pipe, respectively at its other end so that it is possible to facilitate the lead-out of the suction pipe from the shield casing. CONSTITUTION:An extension 20 for leading out a suction pipe 16 and a control conduit 19 from a high pressure casing 2 is formed in one end face 2b of the high pressure casing 2. This extension 20 is composed of a socket 25 having a common opening for the suction pipe 16 and the control conduit 19 and an outlet opening in which two respective through-holes 22, 23 for both pipes 16, 19 are formed. With this arrangement when the conduit 19 is led out from the closed container 2 as necessary, the above-mentioned common opening 21 of the extension 20 serves as a guide for piercing both pipes through the socket 25 so that the piercing process thereof is facilitated. Further, the brazing between the extension 20 and the above-mentioned both pipes 16, 19 is surely but simply made in a short time with less heat dissipation since heating of the attaching position of each pipe which is only one heating position may be sufficient for brazing, thereby the working ability of brazing may be enhanced.
