PURPOSE: A crusher is provided to freely select optional small pieces from formed small pieces each having different piece size from the others and crush the selected small pieces into fine particles, thus effecting good scattering efficiency of the crushed material. CONSTITUTION: The crusher is provided with a bucket-shaped crusher body frame(1); a space-provided screen formed by placing plural ringlike annular bodies having different sizes from each other, at their respective positions being at different levels from each other, in such a state that the sizes of the annular bodies are gradually decreased in the direction from the upper part of the bucket-shaped crusher body frame toward the lower part, so as to form a required space between every adjacent two of the annular bodies; a toothed annular plate(18) which has recessed teeth and projecting teeth, alternately formed in the inner peripheral surface of the toothed annular plate, and is place at the lowest bottom of the space-provided screen; a crushing shaft(2) placed at the center of the crusher body frame of the crusher; and an inclined screw strip(4) each of which is fitted to the crushing shaft right above the toothed annular plate and is used for, together with the toothed annular plate, further crushing formed fragments.

PURPOSE: A method for producing a recycled aggregate is provided to charge air gap of cement with calcium carbonate and improve the quality of recycled aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a recycled aggregate comprises: a step of adding one or more mixture selected from thick aggregate of 5-25 mm, thin recycled aggregate of 0.01-5mm, or recycled aggregate of 0.01-40 mm into a closed chamber; a step of stirring the recycled aggregates; and a step of reacting at -10-100°C, 2-7 pressure while supplying 6-100% of carbon dioxide for 5-30 minutes.

PURPOSE: A recycling method of circulation fine aggregate is provided to improve productivity of the circulation fine aggregate by preventing loss of a part of the circulation fine aggregate by a cleaning process. CONSTITUTION: A recycling method of circulation fine aggregate includes the following steps of: selecting the circulation fine aggregate from waste concrete(S2); gaining the circulation fine aggregate by pulverizing the selected circulation fine aggregate to constant size(S3); cleaning mortar or foreign materials attached on the pulverized circulation fine aggregate with cleaning water(S4); pulverizing the cement mortar or the circulation fine aggregate to the constant size(S5); and mixing the pulverized circulation fine aggregates in each process(S6).

A solidification system of solid designated solid waste includes a hopper(10), an atomization part(30), and a mixing part(50). A discharge hole(10a) discharging the designated solid waste is formed on the bottom of the hopper. A first transfer part(101) is installed to be declined to transfer the designated solid waste into the hopper. The mixing part comprises a tank(500), a cement supply part(503), a firming agent feed part(505), a water supply part, and a stirring member(509). A waste receiving part(501) is positioned in the distance adjacent to the atomization part. The stirring member includes a rotary shaft(570) and an agitating vane(571). An aggregate manufacturing apparatus is provided to produce recycled aggregate with high quality by effectively removing mortar adhered to aggregate and maximally collecting micro-particles, and to prevent air pollution by collecting foreign materials including fine powder and others separated from the aggregate. An aggregate manufacturing apparatus comprises: an aggregate separator(100) selectively producing aggregate; a dust collecting chamber selectively collecting micro-particles; and first and second dust collectors sucking and collecting fine powder with a small specific gravity separated in the dust collecting chamber. The aggregate separator includes: a separation tank which is installed in a cylindrical shape on a frame(11), which has a hopper(14) installed on a top part thereof to supply aggregate raw materials into the hopper, and which has a discharge port(18) conically formed in a bottom part thereof; a shaft(20) which is vertically installed within the separation tank, which is rotated by driving a motor(23), and on which rotary vanes(21) and scattering vanes(22) are installed in multistage; and guide holders(30) installed in multistage on an inner peripheral surface of the separation tank.

CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for removing organic waste from construction waste includes a drum(110), an input end(120), and a discharging end(130). The drum is empty with opened both ends. The drum rotates by power. The input end has a cap shape which is inserted into one end of the drum. The input end includes an inlet(121) and an input through(122). The input end includes an organic waste discharging hole(123) opened to the outside. The discharging end has a cap shape which is inserted to the other side of the drum. A method for producing circulation aggregate recycling construction wastes is provided to produce the circulation aggregate by recycling construction waste producing the circulation aggregate and stone dust having a high quality . A method for producing circulation aggregate recycling construction wastes comprises steps of: producing stone dust less than 5mm by separating scrap irons in the construction waste using a normal magnet apparatus and transferring rest construction wastes when passing the construction waste through a screen network of a diameter 5mm by transferring the construction waste using vibration; separating the scrap iron in the construction waste by using magnet after smash-processing construction waste which is unable to pass through the screen network is the construction waste using a normal jaw crusher apparatus; producing construction waste which is unable to pass through the first screen and pass through the secondary screen to circulation aggregate of 40mm and producing construction waste passing through the first and the second screens to circulation aggregate of 5~40mm using a first screen having a diameter of 40mm and a second screen having a diameter less than 40mm.
