The invention relates to an opening and closing system for a power sliding door, which has a locking controller, a sensor, a driving device, and an ECU. The locking controller transfers driving force of a handle to a door-closed state keeping unit or a door-open state keeping unit in order to control operation. The opening and closing system for the sliding door may be installed in a vehicle equipped with a sliding door having a door-open state keeping unit and allows safe operation of the vehicle and door.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an electro-mechanical driving device for a gate usable for all purpose and capable of reducing, in particular, manufacturing cost markedly and cost of a supporting part preferably in this case, allowing its use for all the general-purpose gate types, and satisfying law regulations. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power sliding door opening/closing system which interlocks activation of a door opening maintaining instrument with operation of a door switch so as to carry out normal opening/closing operation of a power sliding door only by the operation of the door switch. SOLUTION: The power sliding door opening/closing system is comprised of a locking controller, a sensing means, a driving means, and an ECU. The locking controller is formed of a number of links set in a housing, and includes a link for the door opening maintaining instrument, for activating the door opening maintaining instrument in a locking or unlocking state via a cable. The sensing means senses the locking state or the unlocking state. The driving means drives the door opening maintaining instrument in the locking or unlocking state. The ECU controls operation of a driving source for transmitting a door switch operating signal to open/close the sliding door, and receives a sensing signal concerning the locking or unlocking state of the door opening maintaining instrument from the sensing means, to thereby control the operation of the driving means. The present invention relates to an automatic window closing apparatus which includes: a button where a first hole is formed at the center and a bearing is formed on an inner circumferential surface; an operation shaft that is coupled at an upper end for the bearing to be able to be pivotable and has a worm gear formed in a lower portion; a worm that is engaged with the worm gear; an elastic member that is coupled with a lower end of the operation shaft and releases the engagement between the worm gear and the worm by being lowered when the button is operated; a sprocket that is formed in an upper portion of the operation shaft; a chain that is engaged with the sprocket and allows a window coupled with one end to be manually opened with the one end being withdrawn out of the apparatus when the button is pressed by a user; a bushing whose one side is pivotally coupled with the bearing and the other side is coupled with an upper end of the operation shaft; a detection unit that detects temperature change or smoke and then transmits a signal to a power supply unit in the event of a fire; the power supply unit that receives the signal from the detection unit and then supplies electric power to a motor; and the motor that is supplied the electric power from the power supply unit and then drives the worm to rotate, in which the elastic member is a spring whose diameter increases from an upper end to a lower end, and the button and the operation shaft are bolt-coupled. According to the present invention, only the bearing inside the button that is coupled with the operation shaft rotates when the button is operated for manual window opening. Accordingly, no pain is caused in the hands of the user operating the button.
