Abstract:
A data output method and an apparatus thereof, a data playback method and an apparatus thereof, a data recording method and an apparatus thereof, and a data recording and playback method and an apparatus thereof are provided to insert the proper electronic watermark information by inserting different kinds of electronic watermark information according to whether playback output data is original data or duplicated data. It is judged that electronic watermark information is detected from data. When the electronic watermark information is detected, data recording operation is carried out according to the detected electronic watermark information(S13). When the electronic watermark information is not detected, the data recording operation is canceled(S17). When the electronic watermark information is detected, the detected electronic watermark information is read(S14), and data recording operation is controlled according to the read result(S15,S16).

본 발명은 복제방지나 소프트웨어의 부정 사용 방지 등의 저작권 보호에 이용 가능한 추기정보를 가지는 광 디스크이다. 디스크 기판(211)상에 유전체층(212)을 통하여 기록층(213)을 형성한다. 기록층(213)상에 중간 유전체층(214), 반사층(215)을 순차 적층시키고, 다시 그 위에 오버 코팅층(216)을 형성한다. 기록층(213)의 디스크 원주방향으로 BCA(추기형 식별정보의 1개의 방식)부(220a), (220b)를 다수개 기록한다. 이 BCA부(220a), (220b)는 수직 자기 이방성을 저하시켜 기록한다. 재생시에는 차동신호에 의해 추기형 정보를 검출한다.

Method and apparatus are disclosed for publishing locational copyrighted watermarking video. According to some embodiments, a method for embedding location information into a video comprises: separating the video into at least one key frame and at least one in-between frame set corresponding to the at least one key frame; receiving location data for the at least one key frame; encrypting the location data for the at least one key frame based on a location private key; and embedding the encrypted location data into the at least one key frame.
