PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction beak tube improved in routing and capable of achieving stable placement.SOLUTION: A suction beak tube 1 provided with a tube 40 at the base end for sucking blood and the other body fluids during surgical operation includes: a tube body 10 bent at least in a part in the middle; a suction port 20 fitted to the tip of the tube body 10; and a tube connecting part 30 fitted to the base end of the tube body 10 and rotatable to the axis of the tube body 10. Twisting of the tube 40 can be eliminated close at hand.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use sanitarily a skin cooling device without giving unpleasantness to a patient.SOLUTION: A skin cooling device cover bag 1 is formed in a bag shape by a transparent film made from polyethylene, and has plasticity with high heat transfer properties. The cover bag 1 includes: a first opening part 5 to take in and out the skin cooling device 10; a second opening part 6 to introduce air into the skin cooling device 10 in a state of storing the skin cooling device 10 in a storage part 4; and a third opening part 7 to discharge hot air from the skin cooling device 10. The skin cooling device 10 is stored in the cover bag 1 at the time of using, and a contact part is covered with the cover bag 1 so as to prevent the contact part from directly contacting a stab part of a patient.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the catheter lock preparation with high safety that substantially contains no bacteriostatic ingredients like antiseptics, antibacterial substances, antibiotics or others and has bacteriostatic effect at physiological osmotic pressure. SOLUTION: It is a catheter lock solution injected into a catheter to be kept in a blood vessel. The solution contains weak acid with an acid dissociation constant (pKa) of 3.0 to 6.5, is 6.0 or less in pH, 0.5 to 3.0 in an osmotic pressure ratio, and can check its pH change (fluctuation) by the contained weak acid. The catheter lock solution contains an osmotic pressure adjusting agent in an amount effective to adjust its osmotic pressure ratio to the above value range and substantially contains no antibacterial substances. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store an artificial lung and a hemoconcentrator in a common housing, to suppress pressure loss of blood flow, and to use a device under high perfusion. SOLUTION: A blood treatment device includes: a hemoconcentration module 1 for arranging many hollow fiber membranes 1a for removing water; a gas exchange module 2 for arranging many gas exchange hollow fiber membranes 2a for exchanging gas; a housing 3 which has a hemoconcentration part 4 and a gas exchange part 5 each housing both modules in a layered state; and a sealing member 6 which exposes openings at one end of the hollow fiber membranes for removing water, closes openings at the other end, exposes openings on both ends of the gas exchange hollow fiber membranes, seals both end parts, and forms a blood flow path 8 extended in the direction crossing an axis direction of both hollow fiber membranes in a middle area. The housing includes blood flow-in and flow-out ports 9, 10 facing both ends of the blood flow path, a water discharge port 11 facing an opening at one end of the hollow fiber membranes for removing water, and an air supply port 12 and an air exhaust port 13 facing openings on both ends of the hollow fiber membranes for exchanging gas, respectively. Abstract:
A transfusion apparatus (1) comprises a control unit (12), an upper tube clamp (5), and an abnormality detection unit (9). The control unit (12) checks if any abnormality has occurred during a transfusion on the basis of a signal outputted from the abnormality detection unit (9), and when the control unit (12) determines that an abnormality has occurred, the control unit (12) controls the upper tube clamp (5) to come into a clamped state from an unclamped state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure and the like which facilitate robust connection and connection release between an enteral nutritional therapy catheter and a medical circuit dedicated for the same and allow the enteral nutritional therapy catheter to be connected to a variety of male connectors.SOLUTION: A connection structure between an enteral nutritional therapy catheter and a medical circuit includes: a male connector 2 including an insertion part 21 which is connected to one end part of a transfer tube 41 of the medical circuit and is inserted in a tube 51 of the enteral nutritional therapy catheter and a first connection part for holding the connection state with the tube; and a connection member 3 which is fixed on or integrally formed with an outer peripheral surface of one end part of the tube and includes a second connection part connectable to the first connection part. In a part A of the tubes, the part A being positioned at the same position as the connection member in an axial direction, the connection member 3 is fixed on or integrally informed with the outer peripheral surface of the tube 551 except a partial area 511a along a circumferential direction, of the tube.
