Abstract: 본 발명은 건축폐기물인 폐콘크리트로부터 골재(굵은골재, 잔골재) 및 미분말을 선별 생산하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 설명하면 폐콘크리트를 1차적으로 충돌 마모시킨 골재원료로부터 굵은골재 및 잔골재를 일거에 분리 생산함과 동시에 상기 굵은골재 및 잔골재 생산과정에서 발생하는 분진을 포집하여 별도의 미분말 제품으로 생산하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 이는 굵은골재, 잔골재 및 미분말 제품의 생산 효율과 폐콘크리트의 재활용율을 함께 높이고, 비산먼지에 의한 공기오염 방지에 기여한다.
본 발명은 「건설폐기물인 폐콘크리트를 원료로 하여 굵은골재, 잔골재 및 미분말을 선별 생산하는 장치로서, 폐콘리트를 1차적으로 충돌 마모처리한 골재원료가 투입되는 원료투입부; 투입된 골재원료를 수용하는 수용부; 상기 수용부의 하면 일측에 구비되어 외부에서 인가된 동력에 의해 개·폐 가능하도록 구비된 개폐부; 상기 수용부의 하면 타측에 형성된 필터스크린; 상기 수용부의 하면 중앙에 수직방향으로 설치된 회전축의 하부에 구비되어 외부에서 인가된 동력에 의해 축방향으로 회전하는 블레이드; 상기 개폐부의 하방향으로 형성되어 상기 개폐부가 개방됨에 따라 낙하하는 굵은골재를 수용하는 제1챔버; 상기 필터스크린의 하방향으로 형성되어 상기 필터스크린을 통해 낙하하는 잔골재를 수용하는 제2챔버; 상기 수용부의 상부에 형성된 격실; 상기 격실에서 외측으로 연통된 공기배출로; 상기 공기배출로에 구비되어 외부에서 인가된 동력에 의해 회전하는 배기팬; 및 상기 격실 내부에 구비되며 연통구에 의해 상기 수용부와 연통되어 상기 배기팬의 구동에 의해 흡입되는 미분말을 수용하는 백필터; 를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골재-미분말 선별 생산 장치」를 제공한다.Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种用于选择性地生产作为建筑废料的废混凝土的骨料（粗骨料和细骨料）和细粉的装置。 更具体地说，本发明涉及一种从集体原料分离生产粗骨料和细骨料的方法，主要是在生产粗骨料和细骨料生产过程中产生的粉尘，同时收集粗混凝土和细骨料生产过程中产生的粉尘， 一种额外的细粉产品。 该装置提高了粗骨料，细骨料，细粉产品的生产效率和混凝土废料的回收利用率，有助于防止散发粉尘造成的空气污染。 本发明的装置包括原料输入单元， 接收单元; 开闭单位; 第一个房间 第二个房间 一个分区 排气管线; 一个耗尽的风扇; 和背部过滤器。

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hybrid multifunctional welding device. According to the present invention, the hybrid multifunctional welding device comprises a power source unit which converts AC voltage into DC voltage by using ordinary commercial electricity and includes an input power source, a power input terminal, an inverter unit, and a power supply unit to supply the converted DC voltage; a transformer which drops the DC voltage input from the power source unit; an output unit which includes a positive pole output terminal connected to a rectifier and a reactor to output current so that CO2 welding, manual metal arc (MMA) welding, tungsten inert-gas (TIG) welding, metal inert gas (MAG) welding, and meal active gas (MAG) welding are performed by receiving the dropped DC voltage from the transformer and a negative pole output terminal comprising a CO2 output terminal and a TIG output terminal which are connected to a high frequency generating device for controlling the high frequency of power; a switching unit which supplies a power of 220 V, 280 V or 440 V as needed by switching the power to be input to the power source unit; and a control unit which enables a user to select a welding mode by using a resistance welding control panel and an arc welding control panel according to the on-off operation method of the switching unit to perform a welding work, wherein the resistance welding control panel is converted into a TIG welding mode and an arc welding mode while the arc welding control panel is converted into a CO2 welding mode, an MIG welding mode, and an MAG welding mode.
